Meet Dr. Jesse Sanders | Mental Health Therapist, Public Speaker, Conversationalist, and Influencer

Although, I wear many hats, such as being a Mental Health Therapist, Public Speaker, Influencer, and founder of Redefined LLC. I am also a father and I proudly embrace that role! Because of my multiple responsibilities, it allows me to view the world not only through my eyes, but the eyes of my children, and the multiple people that I serve.

I absolutely love redefining lives. I provide therapeutic and social support to individuals and families who are living at the intersections of single or multiple oppressions.

I aim to uncover the root of that oppression, & redefine their identities through positive, inclusive & expressive means. I want to help those that have been oppressed, self-realize and self-actualize their lives on their own terms and be able to find their identity and purpose.

I work from a position of love and wisdom. I offer counseling, coaching, speaking, and training services through my company, Redefined LLC. I am committed to integrity, faith, and positivity for its constituents. I believe that everyone has a unique and specific purpose in life.

I am humbly grateful that I can serve within my purpose and observe lives shift in a favorable way. I love helping individuals, families, and organizations be led to a path of redefining gateways and personal advancements.

It has certainly not been an easy journey! But, I remain faithful to the course that has been assigned to me. I endured through those distressing moments, by reminding myself that we are not a monolith, we all have diverse backgrounds and no one can do it in the manner that I can. Because I am the person that have encountered my personal journey, the delightful and the uneasy footpaths.

I have learned that integrity and tenacity are two requirements that must be interlaced into our personal lives in order to succeed and have longevity in wealth and effective relevance.

I absolutely love visiting places with live musical artist or has a mature crowd. Those environments allow me to decompress, connect with people, and process my journey. In Columbus, I would certainly take guest(s) to Union Cafe, Beyond the Brix, The Social Club and Lounge, The Short North, Cosi (The Center of Science and Industry), Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, etc.

I am certainly grateful to God, for preserving me! Also, I acknowledge those that are an imperative support base. Such as, my children, Brianna, and Brielle. My grandparents, my mother, my siblings, and my family for their love and patience. Also, I’m grateful for my manager Nichelle, my mentor Connie, my pastor, Lance Humphrey, and my agent, Miko of Meak Productions.
