We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. David Glover and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. David, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Ennoblement is a two-tier operative business. Ennoblement uses keynote speaking as a vehicle for organizations needing to address various polarizing circumstances and achieve whatever now seems impossible. The keynote is fun, lively, entertaining, thought-provoking, and deliberately challenges your audience to raise diversity, equity and inclusion. As well, David’s organizational training will lead your team every step of the way to achieve the impossible with training to meet your needs, grow a diverse team, and elicit the changes that will benefit your company. My coaching program is ideal to strengthen any culture when diversity is not being accepted and incorporated to the degree desired or when the sales teams need a boost in drive and creativity.

The second component of the organization, “I Like Me” is a resilience program. The objective of “I Like Me” is to build the identified five key skills (Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision-Making) through a comprehensive positive program.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Some of the most attractive places in Atlanta for me are Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, and Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park134. Atlanta also has historic neighborhoods like Piedmont Park, Sweet Auburn, and Buckhead. As well there are a no shortage in spade parties, night life events and artistic engagements. On a whelm, there will be options for everyone.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
With so many persons and organizations that have contributed my success thus far, I would have to shout out to Vision Cathedral of Atlanta. This organization helped reshape my self-image and resilience. It literally was the place that continuously poured into me hope and faith in my destiny. It is where I found my footing in self-acceptance and accepted the mandate to reach back and be the beacon for those who were still caught in the tension and purport them forward.
