Hi DR ADRIAN, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
AFTER SPENDING MANY YEARS WITH THE IDEA OF CREATING MY OWN BUSINESS, AND WORKING FOR OTHER PEOPLE, IT WAS THE DETERMINATION, THE SEARCH TO KNOW AND LEARN WHAT THE PROCESS WAS LIKE TO CREATE MY OWN BUSINESS, IF THEY COULD DO IT, SO COULD . BUT THE BIG QUESTION WAS HOW TO DO IT? HOW DID THEY HAVE ACHIEVED IT?

AND THAT WAS HOW I STARTED TO STUDY AND INVESTIGATE HOW I COULD CREATE MY OWN BUSINESS. FROM THERE ON, ALL THE CIRCUMSTANCES WERE MATERIALIZING UNTIL WE REACHED WHERE WE ARE NOW

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
. I HAVE BEEN A DENTIST FOR MORE THAN 13 YEARS, I live in Cali Colombia, South America. AND OVER TIME, UNDERSTANDING WHAT IT MEANS TO HAVE A BEAUTIFUL AND FUNCTIONAL SMILE AND HOW IT CAN IMPROVE THE SELF-ESTEEM OF MANY PEOPLE IS WHAT MAKES ME MOST PROUD OF MY JOB. IN ADDITION TO SEEING THAT NOT EVERYTHING REVOLVES IN HAVING A PERFECT SMILE, IT IS ABOUT THAT ALL MY PATIENTS UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT THE TEETH AND THE MOUTH ARE IN ALL THE FUNCTIONS OF OUR BODY AND THE IMPORTANCE OF CARING FOR THEM.

I appreciate that my work is recognized, valued and that people who live outside my country take a plane so that I can help them and make them smile, it is something that motivates me to do things better every day.

I THINK THAT A DIFFERENTIAL FACTOR IS ALWAYS BEING AT THE FOREFRONT IN HOW TO IMPROVE DENTAL CARE WITH THE HELP OF TECHNOLOGY, THIS HAS BEEN A TOOL THAT HELPS US REDUCE PATIENT CARE TIMES, BE LESS PAINFUL AND MORE COMFORTABLE FOR PATIENTS.

I THINK THAT BEING HAPPY AND DOING THINGS WITH PASSION AND DEDICATION HAS ALLOWED ME TO GET WHERE I AM NOW… AND THIS HAS MADE ALL GOOD THINGS BEGIN TO COME TO YOU.

CHALLENGES ARE ALWAYS PART OF THE PROCESS AND I ENJOY A LOT WHEN THEY ARE PRESENT, BECAUSE THE CHALLENGES TAKE YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL MAYBE MORE DIFFICULT THAN THE PREVIOUS AND IT IS ABOUT IMPROVING DAY BY DAY.

LIFE LESSONS: BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. DESPITE NOT BEING CLEAR OF THE RESULT AT WHAT TIME IT WILL ARRIVE AND BEING SURE THAT YOU DESERVE IT. ALWAYS BELIEVE IN YOUR SKILLS

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

I THINK THIS IS THE BEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE.

I live in Cali Colombia. South America. Cali is a warm, cheerful city, we have a warm climate all year round, its music, salsa is characteristic of our land and is recognized for having very good salsa dancers worldwide, if my best friend visited me I would appreciate it very much . Giving him a big hug, being in the city I would invite him to visit the main tourist places of the city, the church of the ermita , the look of Christ the King, on top of a mountain where the whole city is shown. Cali is characterized by having a refreshing breeze all the time and enjoying an afternoon on a terrace accompanied by typical food and drinks makes this city a unique gastronomic experience, as its typical food is completely delicious. The cheerful attitude of the Caleños makes everyone who visits us feel at home.

At night I would take him to a salsa show, these shows are characterized by mixing salsa with acrobatics, seeing the dancers fly through the air, move energetically, they make this experience move your body from head to toe.

So my city is a total paradise, I am very happy living here..

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I BELIEVE THAT DURING EVERY MOMENT OF MY HISTORY, THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE SURROUNDED ME HAVE PLAYED AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN BOTH PERSONAL AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. I PROVIDE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS. INSIDE THE BOOKS THAT HAVE BEEN IMPORTANT “RICH DAD, POOR DAD” BY ROBERT kiyosaki. IT WAS DETERMINING TO BELIEVE THAT I HAD ALL THE CAPACITIES TO BE AN ENTREPRENEUR , IT MADE ME TRUST IN ME AND SO IT WAS .
