We had the good fortune of connecting with Divine Coles and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Divine, the decisions we make often shape our story in profound ways. What was one of the most difficult decisions you’ve had to make?
The most difficult decision that i have ever had to make was to keep going. Despite all the odds, I understand that building a business does not happen over night. It takes time, consistency, self work, and the desire to not slip back into old habits of thinking.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My brand started out solely focused in fitness. My desire was to help others understand the mind, body, and spirit connection to fitness. Since then, i have shifted from fitness to holistic health healing. I understand that my gifts stem far beyond fitness. Over the past two years, i have worked intuitively to heal myself and others. A taboo career for our Western minds, however, I know that this is where i need to be.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I enjoy parks. Specifically i would take them hiking to Kennesaw mountain and definitely to Cascade Preserves. And because I love my Vegan Junk Food, Slutty Vegan and Plant Based Pizzeria will always be my go tos
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to shout out my best friends, Basia and Victor who is also my life partner. These two have seen me through the best and worst of times. Both of these people have been by my side pushing me through my journey, seeing me when i could not see myself, and helping me to stay focus. I am grateful.
