We had the good fortune of connecting with Diamond Quenshay and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Diamond, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I believe that taking risks can change your life. You must take action you’ve never taken before if you want something you’ve never had before. That essentially involves making risky decisions. Even when I’m terrified, nervous, or worried that I won’t succeed, I push myself to accomplish things outside of my comfort zone. I understand that getting it correctly the first time is not how my success is determined. I accept the chance since it takes struggles to go where you want to go.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Given that I am a lady of multiple talents, this question is often challenging for me to answer. “What can’t I do?” is my mantra because I can achieve anything if I set my mind to it and put it into action. Trials and failure is only a part of the process. I don’t always get win but eventually I do.  A Creator, I am. I produce social media content for lifestyle and fitness. I design graphic apparel, flyers, and other craft-related items. I inspire people to be the best versions of themselves, to be self-assured, and to live out their purpose. I wrote an ebook titled “Jumpstart Into Weight Loss Guide” that explores weight loss in greater detail than simply working out for aesthetic purposes. It provides others with the means to alter their perspective on fitness and health. Recently, I’ve started to engage creative directing, giving me the chance to assist others in building and elevating their social media presence.

I was given the opportunity to be flown out on an all-expense-paid business travel to create content. God had other plans for me, even though I didn’t see myself accomplishing this anytime soon. I had the pleasure of sitting in rooms with very talented successful individuals, which motivated me even more. I understand that for me, this is just the beginning.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Being from a small town, I don’t always explore my surroundings as much as I should. Hanging out at my home is typically a part of spending time with me. I’ve created an environment where I constantly feel like I’m on an adventure. Whether it’s exercising in my home gym, practicing pole dancing and moves, or producing content. I often find myself staying in my comfort zone because I find the world to be a little frightening. Always available for brunch, going to the gym, business conversation, and parent and couple friendly things.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to start by thanking God. Without him, I wouldn’t have the ability to keep going or have the motivation to. Second, I want to thank my mother Rose for making me the resilient woman I am today. In September 2021, she passed away from COVID, and life has not been the same since. She has always been my biggest supporter in anything I do. Even while caring for eight other children, she would provide me the tools I needed to explore whatever ideas I brought to her. Although my mom is no longer physically present, I know she is always watching over me and encouraging me to continue being the incredible woman she raised. Last but not least, I’d like to thank my amazing husband, my children, my siblings (F4L), and my family. I am fortunate to be able to say that they provide the majority of the support for every business I own. Many people will tell you that “strangers are your biggest support,” but my experience is different, and I take pride in that.
