We had the good fortune of connecting with Diamond /Brandi McNeal and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Diamond /Brandi, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The thought process behind us starting our own business was to create a hub for the Black community to showcase their products and services as well as provide them with the information and resources that we lack in the Black community.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Executing Black Business,LLC focuses on advancing the black community by showcasing various business owners worldwide. We host live business talks every Sunday to showcase black business owners and in doing so, we have been able to meet some wonderful people. We believe in sharing valuabe information and resources with the black community, so that we can benefit from one another. The lessons we have and continue to learn along the way is “Never give up” & “Learn to accept corrective criticism”. There is always room for improvement. We want people to feel like they can come to us for all of their business needs. We want the world to know that its mandatory to help each other especially in the Black community. We pride ourselves on the connections that we make because connections are endless with EBB.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We would like to recognize our parents Rodney McNeal and Celestine Mcneal for always supporting us. We also want to show recognition to our mentor Oliver Robin who inspired us to create our business.
