We had the good fortune of connecting with David Minor El and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi David, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Consistency is the most important factor behind my success! People have to see you are about your brand and business. If they see you start stop over and over again they dont believe in you because you showing them you dont believe in yourself nor do you have the discipline to stay consistent. How could you complete a business task for anyone else or present a great product if you dont show you are consistent enough to keep your business relevant? One day of inconsistency is a day your business is not relevant

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I think my drive and heart set me apart from others. Quiting is not my thing. I will push until the goal is achieved. I’m excited for my children future I go hard for them. Things are coming together for them and I’m extremely proud of that. To get to where I am today I had to balance my life out spiritually and really get disciplined about extreme execution. It was not easy in the middle of my journey in lost everything and that’s where balancing came into play. Lesson I’ve learned is no one is going to do it for you get it done and dont stop until it’s done. One thing I want the world to know about me and my brand is it is here to stay and getting better and better everyday! I’m all about improvement. Complacency is not my cup of tea

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’ll take my friend to Miami and go to Pink Taco and get em lit. Good food, drinks, and women. Cant forget the pretty blue water. Kayaking is my sport so they would have to be fearless.

Eric Thomas! When I was going through my struggle his words gave me encouragement and motivation to push through
