We had the good fortune of connecting with David Anefils Anefils and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi David Anefils, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
After a good 5 year run as a Music Producer for rapper Plies, I decided I needed to learn something that I can see myself doing long term and continue to maintain my lifestyle. I did my research and I realized after building and upgrading several music studios in the past, I have a love for computers. I enrolled into Palm Beach State College in West Palm Beach and made the deans list for having an exceptional grade point average in my Computer Science program.
After working for several different companies including Fortune 500, Government, and Privately Owned MSP’s. I realized could provide the same services myself. Thats when I birthed the idea to create SupportClub.com. A company that provides support for home offices all the way to Cardiology Groups who are in need of daily technical support.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Since i could walk, Music has made the greatest impression over my life. I taught myself how to play the piano at age 6 and excelled becoming the main Pianist for my fathers Baptist Church.
Music runs through my veins, so much so that I bought my first Korg Sequencer at the age of 16 and landed my first real song with a major artist “Plies” at 21.
The most recent song that I produced has gained over 21 Million Views worldwide. My producer name is Dynamic and I am featured in this music video as the Pianist
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Living in South Florida, there are so many things to enjoy. My first go to restaurant I would want to treat them to is Komodo in Downtown Miami. Then head to Liv for Tables Music and Drinks!
Some of the most exciting places I would highly recommend to check out would be the Wynwood Art District Miami. Then head over to Little Haiti for some Black History and some of the best Island Food on the Planet.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I sincerely want to shout out CIO George Smith & Torry Henderson for giving me the break I needed to work & learn under their expert tutelage. Till this day they are my go to mentors and my biggest supporters to try to take SupportClub.com to the next level and compete on the National Stage with outdated companies such as Geek Squad.
