We had the good fortune of connecting with Danyelle M. and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Danyelle, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
For me, the most important part in my of my success lies in my unwavering belief in myself and my authenticity. In a world filled with so many expectations, creating content can easily lead someone away from their core values if they are not sure in themselves. True success, in my view, means waking up each day knowing that I remained faithful to my authentic self, ensuring that every piece of content I create mirrors the essence of who I am. That’s why my platform will continue to grow and reach people across the world through all walks of life.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am who I am because of my unwavering faith, prayer, and by never giving up. Becoming a content creator may appear effortless, but it demands an abundance of time, dedication, and hard work to craft videos and curate photos for social media while staying authentic.

One of the most significant challenges I’ve faced is resisting the temptation to conform to the status quo. In the content creation sphere, it’s easy to become enamored with others’ styles and contemplate changing oneself to fit a predefined mold. However, I remained resolute in staying true to who I am.

As a 28-year-old woman juggling a corporate job and a passion for fashion and beauty content creation, I’ve learned that I won’t appeal to every audience, and that’s okay. My ultimate goal is to inspire those who connect with me.

One invaluable lesson I’ve learned is that I’m not everyone’s cup of tea, and that’s perfectly fine. I want the world to see a confident young woman who experiences both good and bad days, who enjoys exploring the world, and who lives life on her own terms—a relatable figure who doesn’t give up.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Ohhh, this is a great question. One thing for sure about Atlanta is that we’re going to eat! If I had a friend coming in for a week, here’s what we would do:

Sunday:
Of course, we would start at Babs Midtown for brunch. It’s a cozy restaurant on Juniper Street, and they have an amazing menu. After brunch, we’d probably go to Colony Square for drinks at Bar Politan before our sip and paint class. Now, we’ve had a little busy morning, so a nap will definitely be included. But once we wake up for dinner, I would take them to Stoney River Steakhouse (Cumberland Mall Location). Stoney River is one of my favorite restaurants, and the cheesesteak egg rolls are a 10 out of 10.

Monday:
On Monday, I would take them to the BeltLine to ride bikes, and we would stop at Krog Street Market for Bao Buns from Suzy Siu’s Baos. The Pork Belly Bao Buns are amazing! After lunch, we would head to Dave and Busters for some fun. For dinner, we would go to Johnny’s Chicken and Waffle. If you’ve never had their salmon pasta, you’re missing out.

Tuesday:
We would have breakfast at Breakfast Boys. There is literally nothing on the menu that’s not a 10. After breakfast, we would head over to the Zoo and the aquarium. For lunch, we would get Philly cheesesteaks from the best Philly spot in Atlanta, Woody’s Cheesesteak! Yes, I said it. Woody’s has the best Philly! We would probably go to Marcus Bar and Grille for dinner and drinks. Have you had their cornbread and the ribs? PERFECTION!

Wednesday:
Wednesday is going to be a home-cooked meal for breakfast and a shopping day. So, we will spend time at Lenox Mall, Cumberland Mall, and check out little boutiques around the city. We will probably pick up lunch from the mall or a drive-thru. But for dinner and drinks, we are going to 404 Restaurant and Bar. If you know, you know!

Thursday:
We would start the day off with coffee and donuts from Revolution Doughnuts. After that, we would spend most of the day at Rooftop LOA, getting food, drinks, swimming, and relaxing in the sun. For dinner and drinks, we would head over to The Daiquiri Factory!

Friday:
For brunch, we would go to Just Brunch Breakfast Bar. The lamb chops and drinks are a must! Then we would get massages at Treat Your Feet. The deep tissue and foot massage are the best two hours anyone could have. Then for lunch, we would head over to Chattahoochee Foodworks and get the best ribs from Fox Bros! After that, we would catch a Friday night Braves game and get dinner from PH’EAST.

Saturday:
For brunch, we have to visit the Breakfast Bar! Then, of course, head over to Atlantic Station to get some shopping done and have lunch at The Angry Crab Shack. Now for dinner, we are going to Harold’s Chicken and Ice Bar (yes, the Edgewood location). Then after dinner, we are hitting the town. Our first stop is CRU Hookah Lounge, and we’ll end the night at Daiquiriville.

At this point, my personal space has been taken over, and my wallet is asking me if I’ve lost my mind. So it’s time to wish my bestie a great trip back home!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to dedicate my shoutout to my family, especially my mom! They have always played a huge part in my life and have always been my biggest cheerleaders. My mom is the reason why I love creating beauty and fashion content. I grew up in Macys at the makeup counter with her shopping or traveling around searching for the perfect outfit. She taught me to dress for myself and not the world. She also taught me that I was beautiful no matter what the world said. So for that I will always be grateful.

I would also like to thank Kimiko (IG @kmbombshell), my photographer. She took a chance by helping me curate photos for my social media platform and has helped me create a clean and polished look. Kimiko is an amazing person overall, and I am grateful for everything she does for me.

Lastly, I would like to thank my followers and friends for continuing to engage with my content. As we know the social media space is huge so the fact that they take the time to follow and engage with me is truly appreciated.
