Hi Danielle, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
My business has taught me to be fearless and believe in myself. Its taught me to be consistent and to work hard to ensure my clients have the best outcomes.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
At Danielle & Co., we believe that service comes first. We strive to serve our clients at the highest level and to give back to our community through volunteering and donations. That’s how we built our business. Through giving, hard work, consistency, communication, problem solving and by building a strong team that provides excellent service and a streamline experience for our clients.

Real estate is a contact sport. It’s not easy and it’s not always glamorous. We are proud of the relationships we have nurtured that have helped us grow into one of the top teams at Keller Williams Realty. We have a unique investor niche that sets us apart from many in the industry. We have helped so many clients build wealth through real estate, and we intentionally educate our clients about the opportunities for wealth building through real estate. We know the power of owning real estate and it starts with your primary home. We help first time buyers and seasoned investors. Whenever you are on your journey, we are here to support you and help you realize your dreams through owning real estate.

We are passionate about giving back to our community. We believe culture sets us apart. Culture includes operating with integrity, doing the right thing, and helping those in need. We donate a percentage of every closing to local nonprofits and lead a nonprofit at our company called Kares 4 Kids. We involve our clients in giving back. We educate our community about the opportunities to serve and are constantly looking for new organizations and nonprofits to support.

Danielle & Co. is a family business. Danielle is the face of the brand and works alongside her better half, Zane and fearless assistant Aubrey. We are real people. We are parents. We are real estate investors. We are constantly learning and refining our skills and systems. We love what we do and are proud to serve the Atlanta community for the last 9 years.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would show them the diverse Atlanta landscape including the many blossoming neighborhoods around the Atlanta Beltline. Atlanta has something for everyone and each neighborhood has a different feel and unique culture and amenities. We love the pizza and brews at Monday Night Brewery, the amazing parks and art along the Beltline, and our impressive local schools and universities.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am so grateful for the support of my team, my amazing clients and my company! We have built our business on relationships and supporting the community. We have outstanding mentors in the industry and incredible training and support through Keller Williams Realty.
