We had the good fortune of connecting with Damisha Logan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Damisha, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk taking I think if you don’t take the risk you’ll never know the outcome. Taking risk plays a big role roll in my life and career risk either a blessing or lesson.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is Beautibynukk I specialize in skin I’m a licensed esthetician. What sets me apart from other is my determination and the fact this is not just money for me my passion for what I do is way deeper. Iam most proud of myself for not giving up I’m most excited about the change I’m going to have/make in the long run with my business. I honestly got where I’m at today by taking risk. It was not easy I wanted to give up so many times.i overcame the challenges by sitting thinking and crying to myself asking myself is this who I want my kids to be a failure a person who gives up when everything not falling into place, or someone that no matter what going to keep pushing and complete their dream.. The lesson I learned along the way is things don’t happen overnight you have to be mentally strong and ready for everything coming your way. What the world should know about me and my brand is that, I want to make the world feel beautiful inside and out because I know how it feel not to feel beautiful fighting depression not feeling like myself especially after having kids. I want to be able to make that change help others love them selves with out spending a arm and leg.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was to visit I would taking her site seeing it’s so much to see and do. I would definitely take her to eat at old lady gang drink a few different places no particular place visit yelleskincare Lenox mall were from Cleveland and our mall is nothing compared to Lenox I would like for her to meet yandy because she was so down to earth and great energy to be around .

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shout my kids my daughter first cause without her I wouldn’t be in the industry. My business is actually named after her and my son for being the extra motivation. I would like to shout my cousin Joyce and Tinisha my sisters Mia,kiya,Miya and Shiya . My mom my friends Faa’tima and essie. Also shoutout Disho and thank ever last one of you for pushing me allowing me to cry when things was getting rocky but not letting me give up, no matter how many times I restarted.
