Hi Crystal, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
Over time, I’ve mastered co-mingling my priorities to maintain a balanced work-life dynamic. My strategy involves seamlessly blending professional and personal responsibilities, illustrated by my children’s school recently establishing a coworking space just two minutes from the campus. This not only saves commuting time but also allows me to lunch with my kids while working efficiently. Integrating such solutions ensures I avoid feeling overwhelmed, fostering a harmonious balance between work and family life. Additionally, I occasionally bring my children to work events, offering them perks like free marketing swag and fun experiences. My approach to balance has evolved, incorporating these strategies to ensure both my family and aspirations receive the attention they deserve. However, family life takes precedence, and at times, it may require more focus that cannot be compromised.

Our unique approach to understanding customer attraction, transforming a year-long process for our competitive set into a one-week solution for us, sets us apart and ensures swift success and increased profits for our clients.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned on this journey is the importance of resilience and adaptability. In the face of adversity, it’s crucial to remain flexible and open to change, constantly seeking new opportunities for growth and improvement.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

For a week-long trip in Atlanta with my best friend, here’s an exciting itinerary filled with diverse experiences:

Day 1:

– I’ll start the day with a delicious breakfast at Toast restaurant. The Strawberry Shortcake French Toast and GA Honey Hot Fried Chicken are absolutely must-haves!
– We’ll explore the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, marveling at the stunning displays of flora.

Day 2:
– Indulging in a plant-based lunch at Slutty Vegan, known for its flavorful vegan burgers.
– Visiting the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, gaining insight into the history of civil rights struggles.
– Ending the day with cocktails at The James Room, a sophisticated cocktail lounge with a cozy atmosphere.

Day 3:
– Treating ourselves to a spa day at Chateau Elan, indulging in delicious wines and massages at the vineyard’s luxurious spa.
– Enjoy a gourmet dinner at The Consulate restaurant, savoring exquisite dishes in an elegant setting.

Day 4:
– Starting the day with a fun brunch at BQE, savoring delicious dishes in a lively atmosphere.
– Exploring the vibrant Fox Theatre, catching a captivating play or performance.

Day 5:
– Taking a leisurely shopping trip at Fab’rik, browsing stylish clothing and accessories.
– In the evening, we’ll head to State Farm Arena to cheer on The Hawks at a thrilling basketball game, soaking in the energetic atmosphere and supporting the local team.

Day 6:
– Heading to Ponce City Market for a culinary adventure, sampling various cuisines and browsing unique shops.
– In the evening, enjoying carnival games and cocktails at The Roof, overlooking the city skyline.

Day 7:
– Starting the day with a relaxing spa experience at Sole Spa Atlanta, rejuvenating our minds and bodies.
– Concluding the day with a gourmet dinner at Marcel, enjoying exquisite dishes in a sophisticated setting, and recapping an incredible week!

I’m thrilled to dedicate this shoutout to my incredible family, who have been the bedrock of my journey and the source of endless love, support, and inspiration.

First and foremost, my husband, who has stood by my side through thick and thin, offering unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in my dreams. His love and partnership have been my greatest blessing and strength.

Next, my children, who fill my days with joy, laughter, and purpose. Their boundless energy and enthusiasm remind me of the beauty and wonder in life, motivating me to strive for greatness every single day.

My parents, who have been my guiding lights since day one, instilling in me the values of hard work, resilience, and compassion. Their sacrifices and unwavering belief in me have shaped me into the person I am today.

To my bonus mom, who welcomed me into her family with open arms and showered me with love and acceptance. Her presence in my life has been a source of comfort and warmth, and I’m forever grateful for her support.

And let’s not forget my extended family—my aunts, uncles, and family friends—who have always been there to cheer me on, offer a listening ear, and celebrate my victories. Their love and encouragement have been a constant source of strength and inspiration.
