Hi Courtney, what do you attribute your success to?
My family is my greatest catalyst for success. They anchor me, ignite my inspiration, and propel me towards new horizons. Their unwavering support fuels my determination to build a legacy defined by loyalty, freedom, and pride.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
It’s an honor to collaborate with a group of dynamic women, each a leader in her own domain. In a traditionally male-dominated industry like insurance, our collective effort in nurturing a cadre of young leaders and working mothers is a testament to our achievements.

Reflecting on my journey at Intrepid since 2008, starting as a Benefit Advocate and rising to the role of VP of Operations & Human Resources, I acknowledge the challenges and invaluable lessons that shaped my path. Overcoming hurdles that could have derailed my progress was possible thanks to the guidance of mentors and leaders. One of my most significant challenges was navigating corporate America as a woman of color, striving to break the glass ceiling. I’m grateful to work alongside an agency leader who not only champions diversity but actively creates pathways and opportunities for individuals like me.

Looking ahead, I’m thrilled about the trajectory of our company over the next decade! Technology’s rapid evolution is reshaping our industry, and as innovators, we’re not just adapting but pioneering opportunities for like-minded individuals eager to revolutionize healthcare.
