Meet Coreyonna Lewis | Esthetician

We had the good fortune of connecting with Coreyonna Lewis and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Coreyonna, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
I might say that the most important thing I’ve done to positively impact my children is to consistently show up for them—not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and relationally. Time is more important to me spending time becaus en you don’t get time back

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Under the name DaEsthieBestie, I work as a skin therapist, and I truly love what I do. Helping people feel confident in their skin, watching their glow come back—not just on the outside but from within—that lights me up. Every client I work with isn’t just a “service,” they’re someone I get to uplift, encourage, and pour into. I know what it’s like to go through tough seasons, and I use that empathy to make my space one of comfort, care, and transformation.
What sets me apart is that I genuinely care. I listen. I educate. I uplift. When people come to me, they don’t just leave with better skin—they leave feeling better about themselves. And that’s the part I love the most.
Now, I’m excited to be expanding into something close to my heart—ChefBigMama. Cooking has always been therapeutic for me. It’s where I find peace, joy, and creativity. I’m launching this new venture not just to share good food, but to share comfort, warmth, and soul. Whether it’s a plate of something homemade or an event catered with love, ChefBigMama will be about feeding the spirit just as much as the body.
Was it easy getting here? No. I’ve faced loss, grief, self-doubt, and real-life responsibilities that could’ve stopped me. But I didn’t give up. I kept moving, kept learning, kept showing up—not just for my clients or customers, but for me. I’ve learned that every challenge teaches you something about your strength, your faith, and your purpose.
What I want people to know about me and my brand is that this is more than business—it’s my heart. DaEsthieBestie is about healing and confidence. ChefBigMama is about nourishment and soul. Both come from who I am: a woman who has overcome, who loves deeply, and who finds joy in helping others feel whole—inside and out.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend came to visit for a week, here’s what we’d do: eat good, laugh hard, dream big, and glow from the inside out. I’m a mix of free spirit, foodie, skin therapist, soul healer, and vision chaser—so this wouldn’t be your average trip. Here’s how we’d roll:
🌊 Day 1: Arrival + Lemon Drops
We’re starting with seafood and Sea Salt lemon drops (because yes, they’re that good). Unwind, catch up, and set the vibe for a week full of peace, joy, and good energy.
🎢 Day 2: Roller Coaster Realness
Hit up some roller coasters or water rides! Laugh like kids, eat funnel cake, and feel alive. Life’s too short not to scream your heart out in the front row.
🙏🏾 Day 3: Spirit + Soul Sunday
Church in the morning to get our hearts right, then brunch with all the mimosas and real talk. Later? Chill time with journaling, candles, and reflection. Maybe even a little vision board session.
💡 Day 4: Boss Moves & Business Vibes
Grab a notebook, some iced coffee, and let’s get to it—brainstorming business ideas, dreaming big, and speaking life into the next project. Inspiration flows different when you’re around people who get it.
🎨 Day 5: Paint, Sip, & Chef Energy
Morning: Paint & Sip, because we’re artsy in our own way.
Evening: It’s giving ChefBigMama in the kitchen—whipping up something soulful, delicious, and made with love. Music up, apron on, and a few lemon drops in hand.
🛋️ Day 6: Go with the Flow
No plans, just vibes. Wake up slow, go where the heart leads—maybe a pop-up, a rooftop bar, a nap in the sun, or deep convos over snacks. Some of the best moments happen when nothing’s planned.
🍳 Day 7: Full-Circle Feels
Brunch, blessings, and a little skincare send-off from your DaEsthieBestie. Reflect on the memories, give thanks, and speak life over what’s next—for both of us.
💫 Because at the end of the day, I’m about healing, happiness, hustle, and heart. And anyone who enters my space will feel all of that and more.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First, GOD because without him anything wasn’t possible for me from me crying weeping for him to help me to him picking me up and I thank him every second and everyday to my mother and my family—your love and support have been constant, even through the hardest moments. You’ve been my foundation when I couldn’t find my own footing, and I am forever grateful for your presence.
To my brother, whose passing I witnessed on his birthday—your life and your memory live in me every single day. Losing you changed me in ways I’m still understanding, but it also lit a fire in me. You remind me to keep going, to live fully, and to never take a moment for granted.
To my children—you are my heartbeat. You are the reason I rise, the reason I reach, and the reason I fight to be the best version of myself. Every step forward I take is for you, and because of you. I want you to know that no matter how hard life gets, love, strength, and growth are always possible.
And finally, to myself—for not giving up. For choosing to heal. For showing up even when it hurt. For reaching, not just for survival, but for me.
This journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s mine—and I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and even more proud of what I continue to build, for me and for those I love.
