Hi Connie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The cornerstone of our success at Rooftop is our unwavering focus on keeping our customers front and center in everything we do. Our customers are just as crucial as our financials, highlighting the depth of our commitment to their satisfaction. At Rooftop, we’re truly passionate about our work, and while we’ve encountered challenges along the way, our enthusiasm for sharing the wonders of scent, one of our most powerful senses, keeps us motivated. Our growth over the years is a testament to this dedication. While our primary purpose is to provide exceptional products, it’s important to note that none of this would be achievable without the invaluable support and partnership of our cherished customers.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
For those in our community who may not be acquainted with Rooftop, we are a premium scenting brand. Our expertise lies in helping brands curate immersive olfactory experiences that resonate deeply with their lifestyle and audience. Rooftop offers a diverse array of products, from advanced cold air technology diffusers to captivating candles. Our brand aims to make home (and business) scenting an effortless part of daily life.

On 7/14, we proudly introduced our signature RT-500 Scent Diffuser alongside six unique scents such as Rooftop Views, Lounge, and Downtown. The RT-500 Scent Diffuser stands as an exceptional addition to any space due to its innovative features: it operates without water or heat, is conveniently remote-controlled, and disperses delightful scents across a substantial 500 sq ft area (We also offer products for larger spaces). Each signature scent we offer is a finely-crafted masterpiece, designed to accompany you from the early hours of the day to your most relaxing evenings.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If I were to show my best friend around town for a week-long visit, I’d be drawn to places that celebrate all things related to the home. I’m fascinated by stores that offer an array of home accessories, décor, and functional items that elevate the living space.
