We had the good fortune of connecting with Cole Parkinson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cole, how do you think about risk?
Taking a risk is a part of life and you can’t grow when you’re comfortable. Nobody grows on the couch my dad always says. It’s important to do what you want to in life and the necessary steps are taking risks to accomplish goals

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am an independent hip hop artist from Pottstown, Pennsylvania specializing in clean, motivational, sport, Holiday, and Party hip hop/rap music. Over 100 songs out! I have performed at many venues locally in Pa including at halftime of the Philadelphia 76ers games. Always up for the next opportunity! Positive and clean vibes have always been my thing when it comes to writing recording and performing. I also am the vice president for Alpha Christian Athletes .. a faith based performance training program .

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I live in the Pottstown area and would love to take them to my parents for a party, out to a couple of bars and restaurants and maybe some cool spots that show off nature for some video content . I love to go out locally to Phoenixville, Pottstown, reading area in Pa to music venues, bars and restaurants . Would recommend the rivet in Pottstown, Pa. Have had many shows there very cool atmosphere.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to shoutout out JesusChrist first. Without this and my faith in God these things are not possible . My family especially my parents have always been there for me and have inspired me to continue doing music and coaching. My music peers also inspire me to do more and I love seeing my music friends out at shows and showcases so grateful for that!
