We had the good fortune of connecting with ChylMusic and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi ChylMusic, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
Man, the world throws noise at you all day. Fake smiles, empty promises, same old beats. Had to carve out my own space, you know? This music, it lets me speak my truth, my way. Find a harmony in the chaos, a different kinda wave. Plus, ain’t nothin’ wrong with makin’ a livin’ doin’ what you love.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Ah, where do I start? My art is all about blending smooth hip hop and R&B vibes with a touch of mystery, creating an experience that’s both soulful and captivating. What sets me apart? It’s the authenticity in my sound, the stories I tell, and the emotions I pour into every lyric.

I’ve got an album dropping on May 13th, my birthday, called “Balance.” It’s like my baby, you know? What sets “Balance” apart is the vibe—it’s not just about catchy tunes, it’s about sharing my journey and connecting with listeners on a deeper level.

Getting to where I am today professionally has definitely been a journey. It hasn’t been easy, that’s for sure. I’ve faced my fair share of challenges along the way, but I’ve learned to push through them with perseverance. Persistence pays off, trust your instincts, and never underestimate the power of hard work.

My brand and story are all about resilience, creativity, and staying true to myself. I want the world to know that my music isn’t just about beats and rhymes; it’s a reflection of my journey, my dreams, and my dedication to leaving a lasting impact on the world.
