We had the good fortune of connecting with Christina Bryant and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christina, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success has been keeping it honest and transparent with myself and those that follow my brand. Speaking my truth has been a way for me to release self-confidence issues within myself which allows people to see me as human and not a perfect person. This allows people to also connect with me and realize we all have a lot more in common with each other than we think.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The proudest moment for me would be when I reached the International Professional status in Bodybuilding. It helped to solidify my level of expertise as a personal trainer as well as showcase to my clients what hard work will help you achieve. It was not easy to reach this status because it does not just require you to be physically consistent, but also requires you to be mentally consistent with your thoughts and self accountability. I reached out to a therapist, not because I felt like I was losing my mind, but to help me organize my thought. Going to therapy was one of the biggest and best investments for myself I have ever made. I want the world to know that when your on a physical journey it is so important to incorporate ways to consistently work on your mental health as well.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
A long weekend trip with my friends would include us grabbing breakfast at Thumbs Up Diner, a quick workout at Madhouse Gym, followed by Sushi from Ra Sushi, and hookah and wine at Addis Hookah Lounge.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Monique Hayes, Lenda Murray, Heather Foster, and Tangelea Tucker-Gillon, have been the 4 women who have poured into me the most along my journey.
