We had the good fortune of connecting with Christian Wardlow and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christian, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The whole thought process behind starting my own business was due to the fact of providing an upstart of generational wealth for my future family. I feel like it helped shape my boss mentality beyond measures, by no means would I say it was easy but it was better for me to jump right into it rather than waiting for the right time because time waits on no one that exact time might’ve never come if I kept procrastinating. I started my business to build a solid foundation for myself for years to come.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My craft sets me apart from others because I don’t think anyone has the same drive and work ethic as me. I’m a very versatile individual I won’t allow myself to be boxed in to one specific skill set not many can say that. I’m most proud about finally launching my podcast “UnChristianLike Conduct” which premiered last month. I got to this point professionally by one word “Patience”! I’ve had many setbacks and disappointments along the way but I remained persistent, humble, and driven because where I see myself in ten years will require me to succeed and go hard by any means and I was up for the challenge of that. The lessons i’ve learned is that everything you want to obtain will not come to you overnight you have to grind to see the results most want microwaveable results but those fade out quicker than things you build from the ground up. I want the world to know that my brand Wardlow’s Wise Words and my podcast UnChristianLike Conduct will become one of the most renowned entities in the world mark my words and stay tuned it’s only going up from here!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Okay, so I would take them to either RD Chophouse which is an upscale fancy restaurant near the downtown area or if they want more of the soul food route I would take them to J & B Fish and Barbecue. We would go for drinks at any of the bars downtown or on the strip you can’t go wrong with any of those options to visit as well.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’m dedicating this shoutout to everyone in the world that needs motivation and a push to upstart their dream goals but don’t have a solid support system to push them forward….I want to be that motivation for them to let them know it’s okay to take risks! All of my supporters and daily listeners deserve recognition as well because without them I wouldn’t be where I am today.
