We had the good fortune of connecting with Christian Dominguez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christian, what’s the most important thing you’ve done for your children?
The most important thing I’ve done as a parent was venture out and start my own business. I can now attend local school events, grab lunch with my kids during the day or by simply taking them to school every day brings joy to us. This has been by far one of my most important goals. I believe kids need that kind of support nowadays and it can also create a stronger bond within the family. I grew up in a traditional household where my father would work from sunup to sundown and my mother would stay at home and tend to the home. There wasn’t much time for attending or participating in school events. I found myself going down that route and it was just one of the many reasons why I considered starting my business. I can now be more involved in my kid’s schoolwork and make sure they have the support they need from us to become high achievers.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets us apart from others is our willingness to learn and think outside the box. We never stop learning and there are thousands of ways to perform. I’m proud that I overcame obstacles both financial and educational early on and now we’re excited to grow and take our business to the next level. I started this business as a side hustle doing odd jobs here and there which quickly snowballed into full blown ground up projects. Definitely was not easy, I sought help and insight from other local contractors and fellow tradesman. Through all this I learned that relationships are what moves the world, and the most important one is with God. All this started as a dream, I’m building this brand to motivate other tradesman to jump out into entrepreneurship, to motivate the youth to dream big and never stop working on yourself and that dream.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would definitely try to give them the best of Georgia. I would take them around the Beltline for lunch at any of the unique spots in town. Little Five Points showcases some of Atl’s culture. Next stop would be Buckhead and an upscale steakhouse with live music would be my choice for dinner. I would work on making a trip up to Helen to take a stroll through he river and any riverfront restaurants there. Towards the end of the week I would like to catch a sporting event whether it be at the Marcedez Benz stadium or at the Truist park stadium. At the end of the trip, we would wind down somewhere in the city maybe at the Westin’s revolving restaurant to observe the city’s skyline.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I believe that my continued success is a result of my families continued support to “Keep going”. I give a huge amount of credit to my previous employer “Brasington-Bailey Construction” for believing in me and pushing me through the ranks, without their early support and recognition I would not be who I am now in this industry. They recognized my dedication to the trade and challenged me accordingly.
