Hi Chef Raquel, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Taking risks has been the forefront of my entire career. I’m from a small town called Daleville, Al. Most people from there don’t even try to move out of state for college but I did. I took the risk of moving to a new state with no friends or family near to purse my career as a personal chef and attended Johnson & Wales University in North Miami. I took an even bigger risk in 2020 during the pandemic. I lost my job and only had $200 in the bank account and decided to just go for it and start Chef RockieBree Luxury Personal Chef Dining Experiences, which was the best risk making move I could have ever done for myself.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Chef RockieBree Luxury Dining Experiences is the best personal chef dining experience you’ll ever have. Unlike most chefs that come into your home and cook maybe in get a few laughs with won’t do anything that I provide. I give dining experiences with a sparkle. I curate a custom menu and table setting based off your occasion and favorite colors. I bring everything so you have to worry about absolutely nothing! I provide table floral arrangements and custom menu printing plus I take pictures and videos of your entire dining experience for you to keep. I got to this point in my career by a little hard work and faith. I worked my way up in this industry from being a prep cook all the way to being an executive chef in just a short 12 years time. Let me tell it was not easy as I thought at some point I’d never get to have my own business and was truly thinking about changing career paths but obviously god had me on the right path from the start.
The lesson I learned throughout this journey is honesty, as cliche as it sound is to believe in yourself and the money will come and create short term goals for long term dreams!
What I’d like for you all to know about my brand is that Chef RockieBree is for the family, friends , & the girlys who love a little luxury and sparkle to their dining should hire me to provide them an dining experience of a lifetime. Whether it’s a family vacation, bachelor/bachelorette, girls night out, couples dinner, or even your wedding day; you’ll will have the best food, drinks, and obeisance no other personal or private chef can give you.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
All though I live in Florida, I’m always going to set a trip Atlanta,Ga. We’re definitely going to go to Rooftop LOA for brunch, Your 3rd spot for a fun game and food night. We’d have to go to a wine tour or stay at Chateau’s Elan bro why not! More likely catch whatever your is going on that weekend because Atl stay popping!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d have to give a shout-out to my grandparents for really believing in my career and life choices. They both played a huge role in my life and I would have never really started cooking or even found a passion in culinary if it wasn’t for those too precious human beings.. Also shoutout to my clients because, they really show me so much love, kindness, and appreciation for my business and I can’t thank them enough for that.
