Meet CheauxLove P: Music Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with CheauxLove P and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi CheauxLove, how do you think about risk?
I think risk taking is very important! You have to be a bold & fearless individual to go against the grain & chase your dreams. If you don’t first take a risk how will expect for anyone to believe in your vision? When i first began making music that was risk I took, people may like my music, they may not but I had to at least take that risk because I knew that’s what it would take to reach my goal. Bigger the risk the bigger the reward & I can’t live my life thinking “what if”

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I feel like what sets me apart from others is that I truly love the creative process. I enjoy making music, finding beats, getting better, & being able to share my story through song. Although I have a long way to go, I got to where I am today by being fearless & believing in myself. No it has not been easy in the words of the late great Nipsey Hussle “ I’ve literally experienced every emotion” while pursuing this dream of mine but I wouldn’t trade it for the world because it has taught me so much about the world & myself. Lessons I learned to truly believe in yourself & just to never give up, who knows you could be inches from gold! What I want the world know about my story is I’m somebody who is not afraid to manifest his dreams no matter what tries to get in his way he continues to prove the doubters wrong, while motivating others to do the same.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If had a friend come in town for a week I’d definitely have to take them to a few of favorite food spots: Kelz Kitchen, Roc South, Louisiana Bistreaux, JJs Chicken & Fish, Atlanta’s Best Wingsti name a few. If we hanging out we can hit Zari RNB Monday’s, Lily, I don’t really go out too much but we wild have a lit week! A safe fun places I’d def recommend the Aquarium, Cascade Skating Rink, Ponce City Market, Trap Museum, & Civil Rights museum if you want to get educational.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would just credit my success to my family , friends, & doubters, because these people motivate & drive me to get up & work hard everyday
