We had the good fortune of connecting with Chassity Gibson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chassity, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I remember sitting in my living room thinking that there must be more to life than going to work then back home everyday. I knew that if I wanted more I needed to do and be more for myself. In 2017 while sitting there I started to think about all of the skills and talents that I have that I use for others so often and how I could easily monetize by turning my skills into services. Once I conceptualized this idea I turned it into a reality by starting my first business “Oneclusive” which stands for all in one exclusive services.

What should our readers know about your business?
I have always been a “Creative Go-Getter”, enjoying bringing ideas to life. Ive collaborated with the executive leaders of various organizations to support the development, strategic planning, and execution of complex projects. Since graduating in 2015 from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences, while minoring in Visual Arts, I am able to create the necessary balance between overall quality and value.

Seeking to use my creative direction in various ways, I started her first business in 2017, Oneclusive: All in One-Exclusive Services with the motto “There’s Nothing that We Can’t Do” with the goal of putting people and small businesses in a better position! With experience in major healthcare systems, I am able to help with the creation of innovative and efficient workflows to take your business to the next level.

In August of 2020 I took the leap to becoming 100% self-employed and obtained her Professional Real Estate License. In my first year I contributed to over $1.2M in sales volume while servicing the Great Rochester and surrounding areas. Backed by the industry’s most sophisticated real estate technology and marketing systems, Currently licensed in both Georgia- with Keller Williams Chattahoochee office- and New York- with HUNT Real Estate ERA Brighton/Pittsford office. I am a dedicated agent seeking to provide the best, stress-free, service possible while connecting people and properties.

My goal is to educate buyers so that they can make an informed decision when purchasing a home and making her sellers the most money all while providing value throughout the process.

Some challenges I have faced have been just getting in my own way with doubts and fears. Sometimes you just have to do it and once you accomplish something, even if it is little, you feel better about yourself and then have the courage to keep going.

If there is one thing I want the world to know about me it is that I believe in manifesting- taking your thoughts, turning it into an idea, then conceptualizing it into reality. What you speak to yourself is what you manifest so positive thoughts are so important

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I am very much so a homebody. Any chance I get to rest and reset I will take it. For an exciting time out on the town some of the places that come to mind for me are the gun range to sharpen up my target practice, then somewhere with great lamp chops for dinner, and maybe a paint and sip. I love to go on hikes, lately my go-to spot has been the Roswell Mill once a week on Sunday for a hike. I tend to stop to stare at the ripples in the water and once I reach the waterfall we sit again. From the waterfall its a upper-ward hike. I love nature so anywhere I can enjoy it Id love some nice suggestions here in Atlanta

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
In everything that I do I always keep my parents in the back of my mind- My parents were my role models and the best examples I could ever have asked for when it comes to the path they have paved for my future. To this day my mother is one of the hardest workers I know. She has always been passionate about wanting better for herself and her family and never stopped until, well.. she still hasnt stopped. My father showed me the power of wealth and credit at a young age. They are both serial entrepreneurs. I dedicate all of my current and future success to my loving and supportive parents
