Meet Charles Isaac: Eezy sauce creator and CEO; World traveler

We had the good fortune of connecting with Charles Isaac and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Charles, what principle do you value most?
Staying true to yourself and don’t let fear interfere with where you are going. By knowing and being yourself, you are better able to acknowledge things that you do not know well enough. You won’t be too proud to ask questions. It’s really not bad asking questions. I’ve learned over time that being yourself is the best thing you can do. It’s easier! Who better to be than yourself. Don’t allow ppl to influence you to be a certain way. That’s boring! Just imagine all of us thinking the same, acting the same, or having the same mindset. We wouldn’t have all the beautiful things we have today! Including my product called “Eezy sauce”. I had my own family doubt the name of my product or the route I’m taking but guess what. I stayed true to myself and I can say I’ve learned a lot and have progressed a whole lot over the years being a business owner. If I were to listen to ppl saying be like this or succumb to my fear of failing…I wouldn’t be where I am today. I’m shooting for the stars no matter who says it’s unattainable because I believe I can make anything happen it’s a matter of me putting forth that effort…the way I see fit!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Eezy sauce is a condiment I created from inspiration I got from a trip to Amsterdam. I really enjoyed my first time visiting. I’m a foodie so I tried whatever lol I noticed they had so many sauce just for their fries. Sometimes having choices can make things harder, especially food lol. So I came back to the states to create a sauce that would be #EezyOnEverything . I got to where I am today with hard work and persistence. Plain and simple. You won’t make it anywhere hoping things turn out good for you. You have to seize the moment and take what you want. This wasn’t easy if I’m making it sound that way. I definitely went through the ups and downs of a business and don’t forget about the ups and downs in life but you have to find someway to keep your composure because I wouldn’t allow things I couldn’t control to deter me from my goal of becoming a household name like Kraft. I’m well on my way! So stay persistent…persistence is key in running a business. I learned that first hand. I want the world to know I take pride in this. It isn’t all about money for me. I genuinely want ppl to enjoy my food creations. Just seeing a smile on a persons face after trying your product is slick better than them paying for it. I want my customers and followers to enjoy my products so much that the word of mouth advertising will be more effective than me advertising. I want people to kno my brand is all about quality and not just how many units we can sell.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I were 10 years younger lol I would have all the places but now I’m focused on my family, business and full time job but let’s see what present me would do…I would definitely tell him to visit Optimist seafood. I enjoy seafood and this spot takes the cake. It’s not too upscale but not a hole in the wall. I would probably visit a brewery. I enjoy trying new types of beer. The. To e honest I would probably plan something at my house…invite some of our close friends and just mingle, drink, play games and just catch up. Oh! We could visit the food truck park called triton yards too! But that would be a day with me.
