We had the good fortune of connecting with Charday Oldacre and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Charday, how do you think about risk?
I used to think risk was something to avoid. Something that meant danger or instability. But over time, I realized it was the only way I could build a life that actually felt like mine.

At 24, I started my business with no money and no roadmap, just a deep belief that I had something valuable to offer. It was scary—I won’t pretend it wasn’t—but the fear of not trying started to feel heavier than the fear of failing.

Taking risks taught me things no degree or job ever could. I learned how to lead when I didn’t feel ready. How do you keep showing up after repeatedly hearing ” no “? How can I trust my voice and help others do the same through their brands?

The truth is, most of us aren’t fearless. We’re just choosing to move anyway. Risk has played an enormous role in my journey, not because it was easy, but because it helped me grow into someone I’m proud of.

If you’re standing at the edge of something uncertain, I get it. It’s hard. But sometimes, the risk isn’t in jumping but staying stuck.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At NueWay Studios, we don’t just build brands. We help leaders rediscover what made them fall in love with their vision in the first place. We exist to solve a real problem: too many brilliant businesses hide behind inconsistent messaging, low engagement, and generic visuals that fail to connect.

What sets us apart is how deeply we listen. Our process starts with uncovering your brand’s emotional core—what your audience feels, fears, and hopes for—and then aligning that with messaging, visuals, and strategy that command attention and build trust. We use brand archetypes to humanize brands and create communication strategies that feel real, not robotic.

Our journey hasn’t been easy. We’ve had to turn down projects that didn’t align with our mission and let go of entire teams to rebuild with people who truly understand our vision. But we’ve learned that bold clarity is better than polite confusion. Good design is not just about how things look, but how they align. And that stories, not slogans, are what move people.

Our work has helped partners secure six-figure contracts, grow their social engagement by over 400 percent without paid ads, and shift internal culture to match the brand they show the world. We’ve had the honor of working with federal agencies, global educators, and visionary entrepreneurs. And no matter the scale, we bring the same energy. We lead with strategy, center it in the heart, and remove the fluff.

We want the world to know this isn’t just branding. This is a realignment of identity and impact. We’re here for brands that feel like they’re meant for more but don’t yet have the words. We help you find the voice, the look, and the rhythm, and we make sure the world feels it, too.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit, I’d be on a mission to show them the real soul of the city. The kind of week that makes you want to pack up and move here.

Friday, we’d start with dinner at Cactus Cantina Tacos and Tequila. It’s laid-back but fun, and the tacos hit every time. After that, I’d surprise them with a massage or foot soak at Spa Land to shake off travel stress and set the tone for the week. Rested, recharged, and ready.

Saturday would be all about sunshine and play. We’d float down the Chattahoochee River, music on, snacks packed, phones sealed in waterproof pouches. It’s peaceful, but also hilarious. Something always goes sideways in the best way. That night, we’d get dressed up and head to Feels ATL. It’s an immersive art meets music experience that feels like walking into someone’s dream. Part gallery. Part vibe check.

I’d fill the rest of the week with a mix of hidden gems and high energy. Brunch at Le Petit Marché, a day trip to Serenbe for slow living and good food, and maybe catch an outdoor concert at Chastain Park if the timing’s right. I’d make sure we carved out time to explore Ponce City Market, grab drinks on a rooftop, and just wander. I’m big on wandering.

My favorite part about hosting people here is how quickly they feel at home. And how they leave already planning their return.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
No version of my journey exists without the presence, love, and support of some remarkable people, and the Most High.

First and above all, I thank Yahuah. I’m grateful that He has allowed me to pursue the dreams He planted inside me. Without Him, I am nothing. I take every step because of His grace, guidance, and provision.

To my parents, Bessie and Cedric Bell – thank you for laying a strong foundation. The values you taught me continue to shape who I am as a person and business owner.

To my Uncle Albert Fuller, your wisdom and generosity gave me a vision of what’s possible. The way you live with purpose and kindness is a blueprint I try to follow every day.

To my husband, Azariah Oldacre, thank you for believing in me when I struggled to believe in myself. When I wanted to give up, you offered to carry the weight so I could keep building. You are the reason NueWay is what it is today.

To my sister and friend, Rene Wigfall, thank you for being a quiet but consistent force of encouragement. You’ve always been in my corner, even when no one else could see the whole vision.

To my daughter, Novah, even though you’re still a toddler, your joy and wonder remind me why I do this. You help me slow down and soak in the moments that matter most.

And to all my family and friends, whether you gave referrals, helped with the heavy lifting, offered honest advice, or held space for me to grow, thank you. You have each played a meaningful role in this story.

This journey is built on faith, family, love, and a whole lot of support. And I’m so grateful to walk it with all of you beside me.
