We had the good fortune of connecting with Chanel Martin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chanel, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Actually, Beyond The Book Media was started out of meeting the needs of my virtual community. I had gathered about 300+ people in a writers community called Write With Me to help me write my 2nd book. Soon after launching the group, many asked me to help them publish the books written during our time together. As a result, Beyond The Book Media was born.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am the founder of Beyond The Book Media, and I affectionately call myself the Entrepreneurs Publisher. We focus on helping small business owners, brands, and influencers write books in 21 days or less and publish niche books. We combine faith-based practices with an analytical strategy to accelerate the writing process for buys professionals. Many of our authors have attempted to write books for as long as 10 years, and are able to complete their manuscripts in 21 days or less.

Beyond The Book Media (BTBM) hosts quarterly writing challenges teaching authors the exact methods needed to complete their manuscripts in record time. Our community, Write With Me, has helped thousands of authors learn our accelerated writing strategy.

As a mom of 4 and a single founder, building BTBM was a challenging yet exciting experience. I’ve learned how to hire a team, train staff, and manage 30+ ongoing author projects. It has pulled skills that I didn’t even know existed.

Our impact can be traced to hundreds of published books on the market today. Many which will admit that they either started or finished their books in one of our free writing challenges or in our 21 Day Author Bootcamp. We have tons of testimonials and 5-star reviews from authors globally.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Because I live in Alpharetta, (North Atlanta) – we have to visit the Avalon. It’s a nice chic spot. They have restaurants for every taste and it’s fun to people watch. Next, we’d head down to Roswell where we would take a hike alongside the river and explore nature.
