Hi Chandler S., we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
The most important lesson I have learned in my career is found in the unpacking of these two reflections. “Steward well what is not working well and He or She who pivots first gets paid first.” I believe that developing professional agility is critical to finding success in today’s marketplace. Today’s market is moving and shaking faster than ever. I consider myself a “Pastorpreneur” the best way I can explain it is someone who is called to motivate and inspire entrepreneurs through coaching, consulting, and care. I didn’t plan on having these services and I did not know it would grow to reach over 100,000 connections online via the Clubhouse app but if I didn’t pivot during the pandemic I would have missed out on the prosperity waiting for me.

There were some business owners, brands, and influencers who panicked during the pandemic but there were also others who pivoted during the pandemic. If it wasn’t for my pivoting I would have missed out on getting paid. Lastly, the art of consistency is rooted in stewarding well what is not working well. Many entrepreneurs and influencers have struck oil in their niche, their idea is magnificent but the world is not conducive to the reveal of their brilliancy yet. What I mean is I was already in place as a faith-based business and had content through motivational speaking, and encouragement, and was pastoring many via my social media content. However, when the world was shaken up and people needed hope I was able to slip right in there. Why, because I was stewarding well what wasn’t working well!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Okay, I would take them to Top Golf right after we have brunch then we would head to a local rooftop restaurant and lounge for a meet and greet and networking event with some of my team members and career friends waiting on us. The evening would go something like this.

Top Golf (Fun)
Crackle Barrell or Eggs Up Grill (Brunch)
Rooftop Sheraton (Meet and Greet with friends and mixer)
Shopping etc and more
Dinner at Ruth Chris in the Vista

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First I would like to honor my wife Audria for supporting me and being present as I grew this brand and built this business. I love you and you have always been right there. To my children thank you for sharing daddy with the world but also holding me accountable for the love we have in our home. I would like to thank my parents Drs Baileys. They have set me up very well in the ministry by being an example of sustainability and longevity. All I am doing is taking the truth that my ministry lineage has established and blending it through divine innovation in the marketplace.
