We had the good fortune of connecting with Cece Hymes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cece, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Well it all started as a hobby. As I begin to network and meet new people. I really enjoyed sharing and listening to other people testimonies. So, I said why not do a blog and magazine now look at it now.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As you know I have a magazine/podcast and do Media. I think what makes mine different is the talent and the brand. The stories, the events. Everyone is a star in my eyes.

Being an entrepreneur is never easy it’s so many challenges the long nights, ideas, getting everything in a timely manner. It’s a lot but it’s worth it.

I want everyone to know that they are special and that we all have a story and we all have a talent.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well as you know I am in Atlanta Ga where its party town. Always something to do somewhere to go.

If my friends was in town we may go out to a nice seafood spot, play some top golf and then go dancing.

I love to dance and here in Atlanta you never know who you going run into lol

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have watched so many people from Oprah Magazine, Jet Magazine, Essence Magazine as was like how can I be different. My family and friends have been a big supporter so I definitely have to give them credit.
