Hi Ceasar, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of Unica is our unwavering commitment to service and serving those who need us. We treat every project big or small with equal care in attention, always striving to do our best. This allows us to have long-term trust and loyalty with the people that we work with. We always want to serve first and treat everyone with respect and care. We hope to not only have clients but life long partnerships built on trust and quality work.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
At Unica Construction Group LLC, we specialize in delivering high-quality construction services, focusing on residential and commercial projects across Georgia. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and innovation. Every project we undertake is treated as a partnership with our clients, ensuring their vision is realized with precision and care.

What I’m most proud of is the trust and reputation we’ve built over the years. Seeing a client’s satisfaction when their dream space becomes a reality is the most rewarding part of this business. I’m also excited about our plans to implement advanced project management tools and sustainable practices to elevate our operations even further.

Getting to where we are today hasn’t been easy. As a Brazilian-American entrepreneur, I had to navigate cultural differences, build a network in a new country, and earn the trust of clients in a highly competitive industry. Challenges like these taught me resilience and the importance of surrounding myself with a talented, dedicated team. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that success isn’t achieved overnight—it requires persistence, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from mistakes.

I want the world to know that Unica Construction Group is more than just a construction company. It’s a reflection of hard work, community values, and a vision to create spaces that inspire and endure. My story, and the story of this company, is one of perseverance and passion. We’re here to make a lasting impact, not just through the structures we build, but through the relationships we cultivate along the way.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Whenever my family comes into Atlanta, I always try to make sure they have a great time, and that includes everyone’s favorite places of course with the Georgia Aquarium, and the high museum. I do have a few special places that I love to go with family that I know will always be crowd pleasers including La Fonda. I would go there with my daughter while she was in college for bonding time and good food. I love taking people fo the painted duck as a fun outing. It is always a good time to play games and enjoy time together getting competitive. Treating anyone to Fogo de Chao is one thing I will always do to showcase the best of my Brazilian heritage and the best steakhouse in Atlanta. If they want a taste of good southern barbecue, Smokejacks is the best place to go outside of the perimeter. Atlanta is a place I love to call home and we have the best food around. Showcasing that aspect of Atlanta is one of my favorites because bonding with friends and family and taking care of them with good quality time and qualify food is the most important thing to me.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My shoutout goes primarily to the incredible team at Unica Construction Group. Their dedication, skill, and tireless work ethic are the true foundation of our success. Everyone contributes to the quality and integrity we bring to every project. From my contributions and the starting of Unica Construction Group, we’ve had the privilege of completing hundreds of diverse and exciting commercial projects across Atlanta. A book I truly believe has helped me with my business has been Systemology by David Jenyans. This book opened my eyes to what I could do with my business and how to expand Unica further. If anyone has any questions on how to grow their business I highly recommend reading this book to help you grow your knowledge.
