We had the good fortune of connecting with Carla Moule and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Carla, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my business really came from a very personal place. I had gone through a big shift hormonally, physically, and emotionally, and for the first time in my life, I felt like a stranger in my own body. On a quest to heal myself, I began researching, studying, and eventually enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. At first, my intention was only to better understand my own health, but what I discovered was much bigger.

I realized that not only was I learning how to support my own healing, but I had also uncovered a gift, a natural ability to hold space for others, to meet them with empathy and compassion, and to help guide them back to themselves. Through my training, I began to see how many women around me, especially in my industry of commercial real estate, were experiencing the same things I was: overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, brain fog, and sudden, unexplainable changes in their bodies, skin, weight, and moods.

That’s when the purpose became clear: if I could find a way back to myself, then I could help other women do the same. So I went on to deepen my education by earning certifications in life coaching, trauma-informed subconscious reprogramming, somatic fitness, and yoga so that I could offer an integrative approach to healing.

My thought process was simple: women deserve more than just surface-level fixes. We deserve a space to come home to our bodies, to heal our hearts, and to reclaim our energy and joy. That became both my mission and my business.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is about helping women heal at the root, not just put a temporary fix on their symptoms. What sets me apart is that I’ve lived the very struggle my clients are walking through: feeling disconnected from their bodies, constantly “on,” saying yes to everything, and still running on empty. I combine my background as a high-performing corporate leader with certifications in health coaching, life coaching, trauma-informed subconscious work, somatic fitness, and yoga to create an approach that bridges both the science of the body and the wisdom of the heart.

What I’m most proud of is that my business grew out of my own healing journey. It wasn’t easy; there were moments of doubt, of wondering if I could balance corporate leadership, motherhood, and entrepreneurship all at once. I overcame those challenges by continuing to do my own inner work, regulating my nervous system, and remembering that the women I help are waiting for me to show up.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that healing and business both require patience and presence. Nothing sustainable is built overnight. It’s been about showing up consistently, honoring my own rhythms, and trusting that the right women will be drawn to this work.

What I want the world to know about my brand is that it’s not about quick fixes or surface-level solutions. It’s about guiding women back home to themselves. My story is one of resilience, curiosity, and compassion, and my mission is to help women reclaim their energy, their confidence, and their sense of wholeness.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting, I’d keep it true to who I am. I’m an outdoors girl through and through. We’d take a little road trip up to North GA and spend time hiking in the mountains up there, soaking in the quiet of the mountains and the beauty of being unplugged.

In the evenings, I’d take them to a local brewery to catch some live music on a crisp fall night. nothing beats good conversation under the string lights after a long hike. Of course, yoga would be on the itinerary too. We’d roll out our mats at my home studio, Highland Yoga, to balance the hiking with a grounding practice.

For me, the best time ever is simple: being outside, moving my body, connecting with people I love, and enjoying the local spots that make this area feel like home.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I dedicate my story to my kids, Jordan and Dylan. I’ve always encouraged them to follow their dreams, no matter how big or how scary they seem. And I’ve considered myself a role model for them. So when faced with following my own dreams and realizing my passion and calling, I was reminded to pursue it relentlessly as I would encourage them to do.
I also want to shout out my business mentor, Erin Porter. Erin certified me in NLP and other trauma informed subconscious reprogramming modalities and is a fierce businesswoman. Erin holds space for people in a very special way and makes them feel seen and heard, which is an inspiration to me in my business.
