Hi Candice, what do you attribute your success to?
I feel that humility is the most important factor behind the success of my personal and professional brand. I believe humility is vital to the development, growth and the longevity of a successful business. For me it’s important that I remain grounded in humility first as an individual because I feel that your personal attributes have a direct impact on your work ethic. A dedicated individual with integrity, who demonstrates balanced authority, and who acknowledges and respects the collaborative efforts of others (all while remaining grateful) is the key ingredient to a successful business manager. It is extremely important to me that humility and integrity always remain the most important factor behind the success of our non-profit organization. All staff, volunteers and clients within our organization are all equally held accountable to operate with integrity and respect for one another and our community.

Is a 501 c3 non-profit organization that provides rehabilitation resources to the homeless within the metro Atlanta area and its surrounding cities. We currently provide emergency care packages of clothing , pillows/blankets ,with hygiene products and non perishable food items. Our future housing programs will include programs with curriculum designed to aid in the overall rehabilitation of our clients, with hopes to end their homelessness. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Wow that is a tough question because there is so much to do in Atlanta! There are so many new establishments being built every week it seems. I haven’t really had the opportunity to get out much lately due to “life lately”, but I would definitely take them to eat at one of my favorite little spots called Milk and Honey. Maybe to ride the Ferris wheel downtown so they could see the view of the city. A boat ride on Lake Lanier is always great, or maybe Hike Stone Mountain and watch the Lazer show. Starlight drive-In is another fun spot also. For my fun and active friends, a little paint ball would be awesome!There are plenty of more things I could suggest but since we only have a week I better stop there!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are many people that have supported me and my business ventures. First I would like to give a shout out to my mother Yuvette Brown and my brother Camron Macon , for always being my #1 supporters in everything I do. Thank you for always believing in me! Shout out to the ladies of the M.A.W. Team: Altraviese, Janice, Sharde, Dolores, Je’Reyna, Adrienne and Gerretta , Thank you for selflessness and dedication these last 3 years, Happy Anniversary! Shout out to Service Without walls and One Touch ministries (special thanks to Chanwana and Bernadette). it has been a pleasure serving our community side by side this last year… To all of my friends, volunteers, customers , sponsors and donors… and last but not least to my four amazing children , for always being my most diligent and dedicated employees…Thank You , Thank You and Thank You some more!!!!… I love You and am truly grateful for you ALL!!
