We had the good fortune of connecting with Candace Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Candace, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Candace Williams is the Executive Director of CBA Consulting. She has an extensive and varied professional career in the Real Estate, Insurance, Telecom, Human Services industries as well as Federal Grant Programs. Her work for multinational companies allowed her to gain experience in setting up companies around the world. Organizing efforts with International Law firms, offshore banks, and coordinating the legalization of documents as required. She has lived and studied throughout the USA, Italy and Japan. Candace is certified to work with individuals with disabilities in creating customized employment opportunities with both large and small businesses. She develops the unique strength of each client creating a specialized career opportunity. Additionally, she is a certified Line Therapist and applies this expertise in working with individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. She is also a certified yoga and fitness instructor and customizes wellness plans to each person’s unique needs. She developed Gentle Yoga 4 Everyone a yoga program for people of All ages and All abilities including those with special needs and developmental disabilities to promote calm bodies and minds.

Candace is a Licensed Realtor experienced in Investment, Commercial and Residential properties. . This innovative business approach promotes diversity, inclusion and community growth. CBA Consulting gets people employed, helps improve their wellness and guide them to home ownership.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
CBA Consulting takes a fully integrated approach to securing employment opportunities which includes promoting wellness and fitness components which are sometimes lacking with clients which have been living sedentary lifestyles after experiencing lengthy unemployment.. CBA Consulting is the only Minority and Female owned consulting business in Atlanta Metro providing full wrap around services: Employment, Fitness, and Property ownership.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Atlanta Metro has so many beautiful and scenic parks that are great for hiking and getting close to nature. I enjoy hiking and doing outdoor yoga at the various parks. I especially like Tribble Mill and Yellow River parks because they both have serene water elements that are relaxing and calming. I am a nature lover, it feels Great to be on and/or in the water. I sometimes bring my kayak and stand up paddle board to have fun on the water!
