Meet CAMERYN DAVIS | Aspiring Fashion Model

We had the good fortune of connecting with CAMERYN DAVIS and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi CAMERYN, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Well, i actually consider me modeling as a business since I’m doing everything my self. I’ve been wanting to start this since being in middle school, constantly looking up GQ magazines while in class and knowing one day I’ll be on one. I was ambitious, I knew either acting or modeling was for me. I just couldn’t let this dream go, so here I am.

But everything is not easy, I understand that I’m going to have to work for everything and keep going. I consider my self an independent model as a business because I handle everything from promotion, to branding myself, to doing my own photoshoots and just be being strategic on how I put myself out there.

I’m going to be a change in this Industry. This is something I love and I’m passionate about. Along the way I’ve learned to be patient and don’t be afraid to ask for help, any gems I do get from other models and people I pass it on to others.

I’m want to be a voice for others for Chasing anything in life, to keep going and don’t give up. Most importantly just remembering we all can win in this entertainment space.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I love the journey, I love the grind, and I love the work. I just want everyone to know i won’t let up, and I’m going to always be a creative first. My favorite thing about me is I’m real consistent. So I’m going to always be here, I’m going the Steve Jobs of entertainment. Walt Disney, AltonMason, Michael Jackson. I’m going to be as big as that when it comes to this. I won’t stop until I’m biggest.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Favorite Spots? That’s easy the west end mall. Naw I’m joking I’d show them all around Buckhead LOL. Somewhere near midtown, I’m a restaurant type of dude, I love eating. Cheesecake Factory, Southern Fusion, somewhere where steaks and wings are at, The Varsity maybe.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Of course my family for always supporting me and being there for me
