Meet BVJ The Project | Sisters, Singers, Songwriters, Creatives, Influencers, Vocal producers, & Fashion designers

We had the good fortune of connecting with BVJ The Project and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi BVJ The Project, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
We would want our legacy to be that we strived to encourage other young kids and adults to become strong, leading members of our growing society. BVJ The Project would want people to remember that we always represent entrepreneurship, self-love, and hard work. We inspire diverse talents and creatives to fulfill their purpose.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Our mission with our art is to encourage everyone of all ages and backgrounds to not be afraid to use or explore their gifts. We especially love to encourage youth to explore entrepreneurship and try things that our generation before weren’t open to doing. Our goal is to teach this new generation to reach heights without necessarily being too explicit or too mature. We are most excited to see our fanbase grow and our group become one of the next staples of our and the next generation. We are most proud of the love we share for our art and being able to express who we are and what we stand for. Professionally, we are here due to our hard work and dedication. Relationships, nonstop drive, and believing in what we love play a huge part in our journey. We continue to trust the process, listen, and soak up game from experienced figureheads. The journey is never easy and you get out what you give in, so hard work and dedication is a requirement for a positive and successful career. We’ve learned that you can learn from your mistakes by trial and error. Most importantly, we’ve learned that you will have more no’s than yes’s and your no’s will define your greatest successes. We want the world to know that we strongly encourage the practicing of self-love and loving others.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The first thing we would do would be to hit our favorite malls, Lenox Mall and Mall of Georgia, to shop until we drop! We’d get mani-pedis and after the pampering, we’d take a trip to This Is It! BBQ & Seafood for the best soul food around. After that, we’d go to a place that’s like home, the studio, and create hits.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Our success story wouldn’t have a start without the support, mentorship, and love from God, our parents and our community. Our family, fans, and friends are our greatest supporters and inspiration. Growing up, we were influenced to create music from our grandmother, who is a professional singer/songwriter, and a host of multi-talented and creative family members. We are also influenced by our pops (content creator, photographer, videographer, and producer), who has worked with multi- genre artists in the industry throughout his career. We also would love to give a special shout-out to our most influential mentors and supporters, Our mom, TG (TheGeneration), our label, Chauncyne Kinion (C Kinion Design), Marieo Kinion, Anthony Harris, Trey Banks (Cuzzo) , Thomas Mann (Mixedbytillie) , Stephen Farrow (MixedbyDotcom), Aubry Delaine (BIG JUICE), William Dudley, and David West. We are so thankful for the influence and support from so many.
