We had the good fortune of connecting with Bryant EDT and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bryant EDT, how do you think about risk?
Life is gamble. We take risk everyday with everything we do. Every major decision in our life comes with a huge risk but it always pays off in some way, even if the outcome was a good or bad. Great risk comes with happiness and core memories, terrible risk comes with pain and life lessons but if we are blessed to see the next day, we have a choice to learn from those lessons so that we won’t mess up again. I promise the opportunities that I have today is because I took a risk on myself to prove to the world that I am that artist! I am Bryant EDT! Risk are terrifying but nothing is more scarier than the thought of “Only If I had did this earlier ..…”

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Back when my family lived in the Bronx, my mom worked in Queens and almost every other day she came back home with a new bootleg CD for me. Her era, my type of music, It didn’t matter what genre of music it was but I’m sure because of that early exposure to those different genres, it played a big part on the way I experiment with my music now. Extremely excited how on about my new Afrobeat tracks ‘ViBE’ & ‘All I See’ and the love its been receiving all over including in Kenya, Ghana, & India. The love I receive in the states is wonderful but to know my music is touching people overseas is a euphoric feeling. Can’t wait to show the new Afrobeat track I will be releasing soon titled ‘Close’ and an R&B project I will be releasing at the end of this year titled ‘ENDLESS NIGHTS’.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Listen if someone was visiting, they better understand that the grind don’t stop. Food, liquor, bud, all that can be brought to the studio. Just know we can enjoy the fruits that this life provides when we are close to the top but for right now, we are working to achieve greatness..

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Too many! My brothers Mr.WayneBeatz, Ar-Brez, Morlife, ThankYaZay, the whole OSOM team, ClutchBeatsNJ, AYmixBeats, DJ B19, Lord Bezzle w/o these people my music wouldn’t be where its at today and there are so many more but none more important that my beautiful fans. Thank you to you all.
