We had the good fortune of connecting with Bronwyn Morgan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bronwyn, let’s start by talking about what inspires you?
I’m inspired by the animating energy of life. Getting to show up in this space and time with a set of talents and a mission that only I can bring is statistically amazing. Taking this ride in this space and time with others is the icing on the cake. We get to choose how we show up, how we take the lessons from our experiences and how we walk the path to enlightenment. The master teachers that have come before me, provide me a roadmap, from Buddha to my grandmother to my ancestors, I remind myself to stay in the present moment, see the past a set of wisdom experiences and to inspire bliss in others. That truth is the catalyst for my being.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Wow, I have many favorite places, but mostly I like to be outdoors. I always take people to breakfast, a few favorites are The Flying Biscuit and Sun In My Belly. My favorite park is Candler, so simple, yet serene, and my favorite tea shops are Just Add Honey and Dr. Bombay’s Underwater Tea Party. I’d hang out for music at the Music Room and The Sound Table. As for spiritual services and experiences I’d attend the New Kadampa Buddhist Center and Yoga Samadhi both in Candler Park. Other favorite vegan food spots are Tassilli’s Raw and The Sunflower Cafe. I could go on and on, but these are a few fav spots.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to give a shoutout to Iyanla Van Zant, I met her many years ago during a time when I was open to understanding of life’s meaning and how to walk my path. Her book, “Acts of Faith”, her teachings and friendship opened a door that I was eager to run through. Her axiom that everything in our physical world is a manifestation of what’s in our mind, was a idea that was enlightening. After meeting her I wound up having the most dynamic spiritual experience on a beach in Nortern California that changed my life forever. That was truly a life altering experience. That revelation led me to me many other master teachers from Buddha, Gen Kelsang Mondrub, Vedam Clementi. Eckhart Tolle. Djehuty Woodard, Robert Kilgore, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra and many others that helped light the path for my epiphanies. They planted seeds that continue to blossom as I move along the path of life. I recognize that there life is a beautiful precious experience if we allow it to be versus a need to grasp and control to feed the ego and it’s fear. So many thanks to Iyanla for being a flame that ignited me to Bliss In Me.
