We had the good fortune of connecting with Briaunna Malone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Briaunna, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor to me behind my success is God. All the bookings and jobs I’ve been casted for has been by Him. I couldn’t do it without Him.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’ve been working in the entertainment industry as a model and actress since about 2010, I began hosting a sports show with Atlanta United Fan TV in 2019 called The 17s’ Show on Youtube, and began my journalism career in 2020. I’m most proud of everything I’ve accomplished in what feels like such a short amount of time, and I’m excited to see how much farther I’ll go as I continue to get better at what I do. I got to where I am today by staying strong and being resilient through the rejection I’ve faced. Of course it wasn’t easy, but it’s all been worth it. A lesson I learned along the way is that we’re always stronger than we think. We may feel like giving up, but there’s so much more ahead. God will definitely give you the strength to keep pushing on and get to the other side of the rejection. I want the world to know that I started off thinking I was only going to be good enough to model. I never thought I would do anything else but that. Today, I’m a published model, actress, host, and journalist. You can do anything you set your mind to, so always go after your dreams!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would definitely say we have to go to a spa, get our nails done, and shop! A new place I’ve recently discovered that I absolutely love is The Garden Room in Atlanta. The ambiance is amazing and it’s so beautiful in the restaurant so dinner there is a must!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Big shout out to my mom, dad, and close friends that have supported me in my journey. I’ve been through a lot of ups and down working in the industry, and they’ve always been there to uplift me and keep me going!
