Hi Brian, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of the brand is having a hardworking team. In the industry that I’m in its important to have people around you that are not going to be lazy. You can only get so far doing things by yourself, a one man army doing lights, editing, directing, taking photos and sound can get overwhealming .The quality you get from a team dwarfs a single person doing everything.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart from others is my story telling. when working on films. The most proud moment so far is graduating with my degree in film. I am where I am business wise because of my willingness to continue to learn and to never think I know everything. Learning is easy, with techniques changing often it becomes difficult to keep up so learning whenever I can is a must to stay in tune with what is popular. The lessons I’ve learned along the way are to keep your circle small, never telling people you don’t know all of your business. and putting too much trust in people in this film business. Working with contracts is a must, having a website makes you more professional and investing in yourself. I want the world to know that Truu Nation is a production company that helps bring our clients ideas to life in a even better way that they had originally thought.
