We had the good fortune of connecting with Brian (BP) Pilling and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brian (BP), is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factors behind my work and company is honest work and commitment to achieve the clients needs. Honest work and commitment to fulfilling clients’ needs are foundational elements that contribute significantly to success. By prioritizing integrity and consistently delivering on promises, you build trust with your clients, leading to lasting relationships and positive word-of-mouth referrals. Additionally, this approach fosters a culture of accountability within your team, driving collective efforts toward achieving excellence and maintaining a strong reputation in your industry. In addition to honesty and commitment, other crucial factors in achieving success include innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement. By staying ahead of industry trends, embracing new technologies, and refining your processes, you can remain competitive and better meet evolving client demands. Furthermore, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that values teamwork and encourages personal growth can boost morale and productivity, ultimately contributing to overall success and sustainability.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I like to say my work is unique in a sense that my vision is different and I want the world to see through my eyes. I capture moments that are unseen and unappreciated. I’m mostly proud of my accomplishments and not giving up when times were hard and business was down. I would say my situation today! I would place myself on the top of the food chain. Everything in life is a test and obstacles are meant to be avoided when guided the right way. When I’m done with this world, I want the world to remember me as the a genuine human being.
My work has been noticed in many different platforms, from articles, to headlines. I challenge myself everyday to be better at what I do. You have to love what you do and not take it lightly. In this business of film and music doors are being opened to new directors and audiences. I spent some time studying filming and photography to master my craft. My journey has been up and down as how you learn from mistakes. Nothing is ever promised in this business so I aim to be the best and change lives through my lens.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite spots in Atalanta is Jerusalem Bakery, I love to eat and see people happy. Food always finds happiness in someone less fortunate. Tyler Perry studios has been a great place to work and a great experience for someone trying to understand how production works. Another great place would be Blue Ridge small city in north ga, it has some of the best places to eat and film.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to give big thanks to Allah (swt) because he is the greatest with Allah I’m nothing. Second my brother Jesse and my mom. My business partner Jay Anthony Beatz. Lastly Lou Lou (RIP) and my brother Earl who always a call away.
