Meet Breone Davis

We had the good fortune of connecting with Breone Davis and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Breone, what do you want your legacy to be?
I want my legacy to be generational-a ripple that carries through ten generations of the Davis-McClendon family. Let the ones who come after me inherit abundance, freedom, and possibility. I want people to remember that I dreamed boldly-so boldly that it inspired others to believe in their own “unrealistic” dreams. And most of all, I want to be remembered by how I showed up through my actions, my impact and how I made people feel.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I bring vision to life through structure and creativity, and what sets me apart is my ability to lead with both strategy and heart. As a woman in male-dominated spaces, I’ve often been the only woman—or the only Black woman—in the room. Instead of shrinking, I used those moments to fuel my voice. I’ve learned how to pivot, how to ask for help, and how to keep going even when the outcome wasn’t certain.
I’m most proud of using my expertise in both real estate and project management to help homeowners and commercial clients navigate important decisions with confidence and clarity. The future is bright, and I’m most excited about expanding my impact—creating lasting value, building strong communities, and helping more clients achieve their goals with ease.
My career has been a journey of pivots, purpose, and persistence. I got my start in construction project management and real estate while living in Brooklyn, NY. These industries challenged me early on but also revealed strengths I didn’t know I had. After relocating back to Atlanta, I was able to continue building in both spaces. What may look like a smooth path from the outside is actually the result of countless pivots, sacrifices, and moments of faith. There were long nights, uncertain next steps, and challenges that tested my confidence. But every obstacle taught me something—resilience, adaptability, and the power of betting on myself. I wouldn’t call it easy—but I would absolutely call it purposeful.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. You define success for yourself, and you have the right to rewrite your story as many times as necessary.
My brand is built on execution, efficiency, and results—with a personal touch. I bring structure to vision, whether I’m managing multimillion-dollar construction projects or guiding clients through real estate transactions. I understand the importance of clear communication, strategic planning, and follow-through—and I pride myself on delivering all three. I’ve worked hard to earn trust in spaces where women are often underrepresented, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My story is one of strategic pivots, long-term growth, and turning challenges into stepping stones. I bring both technical skill and emotional intelligence to the table. Ultimately, I want clients, collaborators, and stakeholders to know: if I’m on the job, it’s getting done—and done well. That’s the standard my brand is built on.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Here is my personal lineup for a week long trip.
Wednesday: Unwind at The Wellness Spot in College Park—self-care is non-negotiable.
Thursday: Kat’s Cafe – Midtown to enjoy raw talent at Open Mic Night.
Friday: Grab dinner from Fresh Treats Gourmet Bistro on Glenwood/East Atlanta, followed by a peaceful stroll along the BeltLine.
Saturday: Brunch at Saint Council – Midtown — because good food and great vibes are a must.
Sunday: Change Church – Gwinnett/Dekalb – Worship and reset to start the week grounded and grateful.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have to give a heartfelt shoutout to my village—the incredible people who prayed for me, encouraged me, and stood by me as I walked a path less traveled.
To my mother, Beverly Davis—thank you for your sacrifice, your strength, and for showing me the power of endurance and entrepreneurship.
To Michelle P. Fay, who modeled resilience wrapped in grace and elegance—you’ve been a blueprint.
To my friends-turned-family—thank you for reminding me I don’t have to carry it all alone and for speaking my name in rooms I’ve yet to enter.
Robert Bolton, thank you for demonstrating what true excellence looks like. Your example continues to raise the bar and shape my standards.
I also want to give flowers to “Move-In Day Mafia” and to every organization committed to uplifting the next generation—you are living proof that purpose and service go hand in hand.
To my alma mater, Clark Atlanta University—thank you for instilling in me the value of community, a commitment to service, and a deep appreciation for culture and lifelong learning.
And to every mentor—Lawrence K. Massey, Tunisia Poole, Dr. Janet Leslie, Jeff Caputo—and to every closed door, every “yes,” and every “no”: thank you. You’ve all played a part in shaping who I am and who I’m becoming.
