Hi Brendan, is there something you believe many others might not?
Stick with the status quo, save money, live in lack and scarcity and dont take risks.. this couldnt be further from the truth of real success and abundance.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own a few business’s. the first is trinity fitness, a fitness and nutrition focused business with a touch of mindset and a whole lot of soul! we love serving people through motivating and growing their minds and bodies, helping empower them to reach new heights in all areas of life.

Optimized Evolution: mindset and spiritual development business. we focus on subconscious reprogramming to enable individuals to create the life they desire and the person they truly are deep down that has been clouded by usually years of conditioning.

Evolution Real Estate: Real estate investing.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
River street for sure.. a beautiful scene with a flowy energy where the most amazing and elegant vibes and connections can be had. roof top spots all throughout savannah as well.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely my friends, family, clients, employees, team members and coaches along the way. I believe that every single person acts as as mirror and a guide for us to evolve and grow in our own journey. I cannot take but a minimal amount of the credit as so many others have helped me by believing in me, pushing me, loving me and supporting me along the way. Kyran my mentor and brother, Noah my business partner and brother, Chris my other business partner and brother. My mother, sister, grandparents and all friends along my path. All of my coaches and employees, Josh, Mercedes, Chris and Noah for believing in me and helping serve this mission. Most importantly.. God for allowing us to have this experience and for giving me all of the necessary tools, experiences and challenges to shape me to become who I am today.. If i missed anyone its all Love all the time.
