We had the good fortune of connecting with Breezy Parker and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Breezy, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I actually started out as a clothing brand called MOLLY which stands for Money Over Love Love Yourself. I struggled with finding someone to print for me and when I found someone they were over charging like crazy! So I just researched what I needed to buy to print on my own and started buying everything piece by piece. Then my passion changed. I didn’t want anyone else to feel the same way I felt so I wanted to become the person that helped others with their print services. I figured that if I couldn’t find that person I could just be that person for others.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I started my first business in 2017 as MOLLY clothing line which stands for Money Over Love Love Yourself. Originally I thought I wanted to make a statement with clothing and let everyone know to love themselves and put their success before loving someone else. Then I realized that my passion was more into the process of printing more so than selling a product. I wanted everyone to feel how I felt. I wanted to be the one to take the weight off of someone’s shoulders and print anything they wanted and fast. That’s when I created The Breezy Unicorn. I thought it would be easy, I thought it was nothing to it. Boy was I wrong. Took a lottttttt of messing up to perfect my craft. With a service based business I never looked into the financial part of it I kind of just jumped right in. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is to PLAN. Properly plan. Be very detailed with your plan and practice. Pray, Prep, Plan & Practice. You literally gotta be pushing P Lol. You have to make sacrifices to get to that next level. I chose the name The Breezy Unicorn because I’m a spiritual being who’s obsessed with unicorns. To me, unicorns represent magic and limitless beliefs- showing that you can do and be whoever you want to be at any moment because you said so. I’m proof that you can create your own destiny and make a change for yourself and others.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m not going to lie, I do not be outside anymore LOL. One of my favorite little hideouts though is Anatolia’s Cafe and Hookah Lounge in Atlanta. It’s a nice Mediterranean vibe. I like to chill at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens as well, I usually pay for the membership because I love the aesthetics and nature. The Battery is always lit as well as Top Golf. If you don’t like nature vibes you can’t hang with me because we would definitely be hitting up the waterfall in Roswell Mill. Blue Flame is an absolute MUST I don’t care if it’s just for the wings, gotta stop through there and show my girls some love.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
You know what’s crazy? I’m just a girl from Memphis Tennessee with a dream and I had no one around me here in Atlanta to help me mentally and give me that push that I needed to grow. Then one day I met this girl who just so happen to be from Memphis as well, and we clicked immediately. Her name is Ke’Yanna Nelson. We are both business owners, met in 2018 and we both were going through the motions at the time but we kept each other on our toes. I literally don’t know where I would be without her because we always bounced resources and information off of each other daily. Shout out to Ke’Yanna !
