We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandon Titus and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brandon, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success I would have to say is my perseverance and knowledge of the hospitality industry. With over 12yrs of experience, senior level positions, and a formal training underneath my belt I positioned myself well ahead of most to catapult myself to success.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
A few things that set us apart from other establishments would be that we aren’t trying to copy the next person or quick to jump on the next trend. We stick to being our authentic selves and let the quality and consistency speak for itself. Two things that I can say are most proud of at this moment would be winning a black plate Award for best casual restaurant and The things I have planned for 2022. Getting to where I am today was definitely not an easy feat. I’ve been faced up against challenges some public most private, but with every challenge I approach them all the same. I prayed for guidance, tackled the problem head on, dealt with what I could and most importantly never letting the small challenges distract me from the bigger picture and overall goal. Lessons that I’ve learned along the way would be always plan then have a back up plan for your back up plan. It’s never too late to start and always finish strong, always get it in writing. Never forget there’s always an answer to every problem and don’t be afraid of the short term sacrifices for the long term payoffs. One thing that I want the world to know about my brand is don’t sleep on us because by time you wake up yesterday‘s price will not be today’s price.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
It’s funny that you ask this question because just a few months ago my twin Brandon came into town an wanted to get the full Atlanta experience. Some must go to places I would have to say would be of course Bourbon St Concepts, the battery specifically Fat Tuesday for daiquiris. Exploring the downtown Midtown area from Piedmont Park, The Beltline, Krog Street Tunnel, Ponce City Market, The Aquarium The CNN Building, Coca-Cola, Atlantic Station, The Martin Luther King exhibit, Fernbank and High Museum of Art. As for food we would randomly pick restaurants. I find that the best food always come from the unknown places.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First thank you for taking the time to even consider interviewing me, I’m forever humbled for this opportunity to be showcased on your platform and to answer your first question; I want to dedicate my shoutout to all my haters. Yup that’s right all my haters, because without them I wouldn’t push to be better every day. “Hahaha” No I’m just joking. I would love to dedicate my shoutout to all of my close friends and family. They’ve been riding with me throughout the good and bad, been there to wipe my tears and also to taste new recipes I’ve created and can always give me solid feedback. So for that Dad, Mom, Christopher, Allyson, Whitney, Devin, Mandy, Ciara, Amber, Breanna, Taylor, Zachary, Terry, Alfred, Tyrance, Abdaly, my twin Brandon, Andrea & Auntie Fanna in no specific order thank you all.
