We had the good fortune of connecting with Blessmysin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Blessmysin, how do you think about risk?
I believe anytime you chase a goal/path that you are very passionate about is a risk, It’s up to you if you want to take that chance to make it or fail at it. I have been in situations where I could have chose to either give up and lose the opportunity or keep going and make a name for myself. When it comes to the content I make giving up was never an option for me .

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a comedian/content creator, I love to put a smile on anyone’s face weather that is someone going through a hard time or someone who just wants to laugh. I am very self driven and always was able to keep myself going no matter if that means the odds are all against me. I am very proud that I have overcame all the challenges and struggles that I have went through in the past and I am fully ready to overtake new obstacles in the present and future. The path I chosen was never easy especially being a female and dealing with plenty of judgement but I have learned to never let anything affect me knowing that I am giving a positive impact to a crowd and genuinely making someone’s day better. One thing I learned is to keep a steady and focused mindset when reaching for a goal, don’t let emotions throw you off track or make you feel like you are “not good enough” it will all be worth the wait in the end.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I personally am a homebody and a bit of a gamer. One of my favorite things to do is play my PlayStation and enjoy my time with friends . If I did have to bring my friends out to just enjoy themselves and have fun I would definitely love to go to Andretti’s .

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Honestly I can say I am a very independent person when it comes to creating, but the one person I can say that has stuck by my side during the negatives and positives I have went through in life is my bestfriend Cameron. That is one person I can say that really helped me emotionally and kept me in a positive mindset to keep going.
