Hi Bianca “Mz Bee”, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
The habits that I feel helps with consistent success is discipline and focus in tasks, continued education within your area of expertise (as there’s always new information available to ensure elevation within your niche) and remaining integral at all times.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a MULTI-preneur! I oversee several entities that are programmed and structured to be a solution to an everyday problem within our community. Beauty by Mz Bee Salon Studios is where we enhance our clients outer beauty to reflect their inner beauty. At Bianca “Mz Bee” Lee, LLC, we assist in guiding our clients on their journey to reaching their Divine Purpose by cultivating their gifts and developing their emotional, spiritual, sexual and mental abilities, resulting in undeniable life fulfillment and undisputed success stories. At Behind The Scenes Awards & Recognition, LLC…also known as The BTS Awards, we celebrate the beautiful individuals that utilize their expertise working behind the scenes supporting executives and others leaders without gaining the proper recognition and celebration that they deserve. Beyond The Scenes Community Effort, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing grief counseling and coaching for Mothers who suffered the loss of a child(ren) as well as Women that are unable to mother through pregnancy, creative arts programs for foster children, prison reform and returning citizen rehabilitation programs, job fairs for young Fathers and much more. Lastly, EMC3 All Natural Infused Decadence where we prepare tasty treats, fresh baked with a blend of High-Quality hybrids for a euphoric experience. Deliciousness that reminds you of Grandmother’s kitchen.

The thing that sets me apart from others is ME! I am very unique in every endeavor that I embark on. My focus and determination in entrepreneurship is off the charts. Any goal that I set out to achieve is done so in excellence, accuracy and boldness. There’s NOTHING that I’m afraid to do and NOONE that I’m intimidated by because I know ME and I know what I’m made of. If I want it, I create it…Simple. In everything that I’ve accomplished, I’ve always done in record time and lives are changed as a result.

Brand wise, I’m most proud of the focus of each entity. They’re all in place for our community, our people, our culture. There aren’t enough resources for our African American people. Because we know that this country won’t give us to resources and tools that we require to ensure carefree living, we are responsible for providing it for ourselves. No longer will we sit back and wait to be “saved”…We will save ourselves.

Challenges will come. That’s life. How you maneuver when challenges arise is what’s important. Fear of failure, fear of success, inferiority complex, superiority complex, anxiety, etc are illusions. None of them are real. If you want something bad enough…If you’re hungry for it…you’ll put ALL thoughts and words that don’t align with your goals and desires out of your head and ONLY see the finish line. Tunnel vision. If you do this, you can’t and won’t be stopped. Not even by yourself.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If I had to show someone the best time ever, I would DEFINITELY take them to Harold’s Chicken & Ice Bar on Edgewood Ave. It’s an ENTIRE vibe! The food, the drinks, the music, the energy …It’s ALWAYS lit! The fact that it was originated in Chicago is the bonus…Shoutout to my hometown! Of course, we’d have to visit the Georgia Aquarium and the Coca-Cola factory. I would say I could show them the Atlanta Falcons stadium (Mercedes-Benz Dome) but THEY CURRENTLY SUCK soooo…*insert Kanye shrug here*

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Of course, nobody reaches success and accomplishment alone. There are intricate and pertinent pieces that played a role in the continued success of all that I do. My Spirit Guides, Ancestors, Mentors & Teachers, Family and Close Circle of Friends & Partners are the real MVPs. Without their constant motivation, encouragement, advise, counsel and even financial assistance, I would not have accomplished even a fraction of my resume. To them, I am eternally grateful.
