We had the good fortune of connecting with Bianca Graham and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bianca, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I cant imagine another pathway than entrepreneurship! I have always been fascinated with the operations of being a Boss. The CEO is a role within an organization that bridges the gap between larger corporations and the everyday heroes in small businesses across the world. I spent years on this pursuit of greatness and serviced several larger corporations in the logistics and operations management industry. I made a conscious decision to reinvent myself and discover the pathway to ownership of empowering my family and the world. My goal is to be a guiding light and example for all minority Women in Logistics and Transportation in a male dominated industry.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Paige Global Logistics

As a Global Logistics and Transportation organization we help keep the world in constant motion.

We provide strategic services between business 2 business and businesses and consumers.

We are very proud to be the first minority business to have an opportunity to work directly with the Georgia Port Authority (GPA) and provide services that relieve the backlog of containers and reducing the impact of supply chain disruption.

I crossed the bridge and got involved in a male dominated industry, so I had to get creative with introducing our brand. I refused to allow my gender and race to be barriers to our success in this industry.

We all have a creative power to shift environments and build tables of success for generations to come.

Success is never something we settle for at Paige Global Logistics (PGL). We set the bar of extraordinary service to our customers.

That pulse is only sustained by the conscious decisions leaders make to bring sustainable innovation, heart, and compassion to the communities we service.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
