We had the good fortune of connecting with Beverly Riley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Beverly, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Bringing women together, and allowing them to express themselves creatively!
What should our readers know about your business?
We are a lively paint and sip business with 200 franchises behind us with a great, supportive corporate team behind us so we are not on our own. Because of that, everything we do is high quality. We’ve made a name for ourselves in the industry that was the first to take over the paint and sip concept!
For the Lawrenceville studio, my staff and I strive everyday to give our customers the best experience ever. Without anyone feeling challenged. We throw many different event for everyone such as kids, family, dates, girls night, trivia, and more! We create a relaxing atmosphere so people can let their hair down and create without the pressure!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
First would definitely come to Painting with a Twist, then one of our local restaurants near the studio because we love to support other businesses, we also have an awesome park called The Lawn that has many fun events and recreations year around, the Aurora Theater for a fun entertaining show too!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to shout out to Renee Fletcher, Eileen Mitchell, Kathy Timmons, and Tyla Collins! They all helped me so much make the business what it is!
