We had the good fortune of connecting with Bethania Locke and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bethania, what makes you happy? Why?
What makes me happy is a profound sense of connection with myself, God & the world around me. Happiness for me isn’t necessarily external, but rather a state of peace and fulfillment. I’ve found so much happiness during prayer, mediation, journaling, connecting with myself and God. That brings me happiness, & it seeps into every aspect of yourself. Im really blessed to have mastered a state of happiness through these things, and have it be genuine.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My career journey has been a whirlwind of experiences, from university to diverse jobs and even a reality show that consumed a year of my life. Each twist required adaptation, but I’ve learned to embrace change and trust that with good intentions & hard work it will work out in the end.

Currently, I’m the a Marketing Director for a restaurant group here in Atlanta, & social media content creator. What sets me apart is my deep-rooted passion for creativity and my ability to foster meaningful connections within the vibrant creative community of Atlanta.

Whether it’s in my role as a Marketing Director or as a content creator, my mission is to inspire others to embrace their creativity, forge authentic connections, and make a lasting impact in their respective fields.

My brand centers on creativity, kindness, creating meaningful experiences & connections for others.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love taking friends to Garden room for a drink and for the aesthetic. For dinner usually go for Hals, little alley, or Umi. Love Pricci for a date night Italian spot. I love heading to Supply or Thirty for a night out. Any friends who visit want to go to Magic City, so i’ll set that up.

James room is cute if you want to switch it up & do something more intimate.

Sundays are for the Beltline. A drink and people watching at Lady bird, followed by riding an actual bird is always fun.

Krog street food hall is the best place to go if you cant decide on what to eat & want an array of options!
