We had the good fortune of connecting with Beatriz Rosas and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Beatriz, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My whole life I loved hats and when I find out that there is so much you can do to a hat I was in love with the idea of creating and expressing my self through a hat

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My art consist on taking a customer idea and create a hat base on that person what he/she likes colors, textures and make something unique as the person who buys a hat. I sets me apart from others could be the I created the design on spot combining the customer ideas with my art.
I’m proud of how far my dreams are getting me, I been investing in myself taking little classes to help me understand my business better, it’s not always easy I’m not only a woman but a wife, mother and small business owner and that requires a lot of time and taking time alone to create its not always easy but it is possible.
Always to ensure the best quality of your product is the key never go for chipper and faster.
