Meet Avonti Adizahyr | Riding with Resilience

We had the good fortune of connecting with Avonti Adizahyr and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Avonti, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is radical alignment. I’ve learned that when your life, work, and values are in integrity with who you truly are, everything flows with greater purpose and clarity. I don’t build from trends or pressure, I build from truth. Whether I’m coaching a client through a life pivot, designing systems for a business, or curating space for healing through storytelling and song, I lead with authenticity, intention, and accountability.
I believe in making room for both strategy and spirit. I’ve had to overcome deep adversity from surviving domestic violence to rebuilding my life with nothing but faith, grit, and a vision. That resilience has shaped how I show up in every lane I occupy. I don’t compartmentalize my gifts, I allow them to work together. My artistry fuels my advocacy. My structure supports my creativity. My healing informs my leadership.
Ultimately, success for me isn’t just about accolades, it’s about alignment, impact, and being able to look in the mirror and know I stayed true to my calling. That’s what sustains my brand: it’s rooted in truth, built with intention, and powered by purpose.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My work is a multidimensional reflection of who I am. A mother, artist, strategist, healer and advocate. I don’t fit into one box, and neither does my work. What sets me apart is that I integrate both the heart and the blueprint. I blend creativity and structure, soul and systems, healing and execution. Whether I’m helping someone rediscover their voice, streamline their business operations, or rise after a personal storm, I’m there to hold space, offer strategy, and walk with them toward transformation with truth and intention.
I specialize in aligning vision with action. That means I help individuals and organizations take what’s in their spirit or on their heart and turn it into something real, functional, and impactful. I’ve worked across industries such as nonprofit, entertainment, wellness, logistics, behavioral health, hospitality, legal, and more. Every experience has helped me refine the way I serve. My unique mix of creative insight, operational expertise, and lived experience gives me the ability to connect deeply with people while offering tangible tools that shift them forward.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I’ve had to navigate trauma, rebuild after tragedy, start over more than once, and lead through seasons where no one saw the weight I was carrying. But I also chose to alchemize every challenge into wisdom. I didn’t let pain make me bitter I let it refine me. I learned how to advocate for myself while still advocating for others. I had to get honest, stay grounded, and do the inner work, even when it was uncomfortable. That’s what resilience looks like, it’s not pretty or perfect, but it’s powerful.
I’m most proud of the fact that I’ve stayed true to who I am through it all. I never lost my voice, even when it shook. I never stopped dreaming, even when I was building from broken pieces. I never gave up on the belief that I could create a life and a legacy that honored both my healing and my gifts.
What I want the world to know is this: Everything I create is rooted in authenticity, accountability, and aligned impact. I believe in purpose over perfection. I believe healing and success can co-exist and I believe that every setback carries a seed of strategy if you’re willing to look deeper.
My story is still unfolding but I’m walking it out with purpose, power, and a heart wide open.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Believe it or not, I’m really a homebody. However, I’m all for making memories, not just plans! When my friend visits, it’s all about a soul-nourishing, vibe-filled, joy-inducing experience that reflects the many layers of energy that my beautiful hometown of Atlanta, Georgia brings. Atlanta is a whole mood, rich in culture, legacy and flavor. As far as where we would go, I’ll just keep that between us.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely. I dedicate this shoutout feature to my two sons, Legend and Leo, the heartbeats behind so much of my purpose, resilience, and evolution. They are my why, my grounding force, and my greatest teachers. Watching them grow reminds me daily of the legacy I’m building, not just in what I do, but in how I live, lead, and love.
Legend and Leo have witnessed both my battles and my breakthroughs. They’ve seen me rebuild from the ground up, navigate healing while still holding space for others, and keep going even on the hardest days. Their presence has taught me to move with greater intention, to lead by example, and to model what it looks like to rise with integrity and vision. Much of what I’ve accomplished is because I wanted them to see what was possible not just for me, but for themselves.
So this is for them! For the late nights, the sacrifices, the joy, the hugs that refuel my spirit, and the dreams they unknowingly inspire. They deserve to be recognized not just as my children, but as part of the reason I keep showing up with heart, faith, and fire.
